Started work with Totalenergies…
Started work with Totalenergies lubricants ferrybridge.
Before I started my employment I made the company aware that I suffered with Anxiety.
While at total energies I was admitted into hospital, My mental health had deteriorated.
I was discharged from hospital after 5 weeks and a few weeks later I returned to work
On my return to work there was no plan no fazed return no support , I spoke with HR and management about my concerns .
It was agreed I should not attend work until a risk assessment and a fazed return was implemented.
On my return to work I was sort of supported but not supported in a way that I should have been
Then we was given a new manager Chris Wilson
Chris had no interest in my mental health what so ever , His only interest was in himself.
I spoke to Chris in relation to my mental health and his lack of interest in myself , He took it so negative and tried to make my life hard.
He even had another employee Kevin Gordon try be negative about my condition towards thick as thief’s them
I suffered with a very complex mental health condition properly diagnosed, However Chris decided to become a medical expert and had his own ideas about it .
I was dismissed in June 2025 on capability grounds ( Excuse ) I was good at my job but made to much noise to HR and senior management about how poor they was in dealing with my mental health .
Hr and management absolutely clueless , Chris Wilson could not handle the fact I stood up to him and regularly spat his dummy out .
Senior managment couldn’t see through Chris Wilson’s incompetence because they were clueless just like him
I started work with Totalenergies in a good place , But finished their in a bad place
Don’t work here it’s bad for your health and morale.
I’m glad I was finished through capability grounds because only the lord will ever know how this would have ended
