Not worth the hassle

The process and time it takes to resolve customer and/distributor requests is awful! When there’s an issue with anything, you will wait forever for a real response. And when they get back to you the answer is so vague.

I really like the products that TLC offers

I really like the products that TLC offers. I was at a low place in life with my weight and needed a change. I was curious enough about the detox tea to give it a try and glad I did. I have been hooked every since. I love the shipping, which is unheard of. For the price we pay for products it’s a good thing that they notify you constantly until you receive your products, it makes you feel like they are considering the money spent and customer satisfaction. It has helped me to keep off 20 pounds and I am working on the next 20. The reason I became a life changer is because of the results and I want everyone to feel and look their best to.

I really like TLC it changes peoples…

I really like TLC it changes peoples lives in many ways, if only you can help us as distributors to ensure that our customers get their products in time by making sure that our stock arrives to us in time, and our websites can you please make them be more customer friendly most of my customers tried to place orders online with their smart phones but with no luck they couldn't, other than that I really love TLC it is the best

TLC Customer service has always been…

TLC Customer service has always been prompt, honest and professional. I can tell that they have really amped up thier attention to customer satisfaction in comparison to prior years. I have never encountered a negative experience in the past, there is however a noticeable improvement. I recently encountered a problem with my delivery of 25 sachets of Raspberry Instant Iaso tea, where four of the sachets were busted, and powder spread throughout the main bag. I was very pleasantly surprised when TLC Customer Service was instrumental in having an entire 25 sachet bag delivered to me very quickly as a replacement order, after I attached a photo of my damaged product with my email. Awesome people.

Equality for all life changers & customers

Hi,
In general I am happy with TLC and their products.
The helpdesk I would like to give a couple of advice; the phone lines are ridiculous to reach and the waiting line is to long. I suggest to have in every country where TLC is to have a local phone number to call in case of problems. So that not all the problems should be going through helpdesk in the USA. Then secondly the email way of responding. I feel as if the person that helps you don’t read your request thoroughly because the keep asking the same thing over and over and it becomes redundant. It ja unnecessary because instead of reading and fixing the problem we are then emailing back and forth with them. It’s annoyingly frustrating. Also the response time should be within 24 hours
Btw I prefer the old system where you can login and followup with your requests. This new system is not working properly.

And last but not least. This is my BIGGEST ISSUE with TLC.
Why is there any exceptions when it comes to shipping & tax.
TLC expanded to 150 countries but still shows favoritism to all the USA customers & life changers. The products are expensive enough but y’all charge foreigners expensive shipping costs & taxes what makes the total order sometimes 3x as high. That is ridiculous. Now you have FREE SHIPPING for people in the USA when the purchase over $200,- make that for everyone around the world.

It is not fair game when we already spend so much money and then we are extra charged with most of the time a third of the total just for shipping alone. And on top of that the taxes also.
Please fix that because it is unfair to others.
You will lose international customers & life changers if this keeps up.

Otherwise I love TLC and what they w for but please fix these things and let everyone inside this company have a fair chance to be successful.

I came into this company wanting to make changes in people’s lives as well as make a living and enjoy. Nothing has been what it’s said as well as it’s extremely hard to get issues resolved. I gave up

My concern right now is the fact that…

My concern right now is the fact that there is a delay in deliveries. The market is competitive, especially with online purchases on the rise. Warehouses need to have sufficient stock of all products readily available. I truly want to personally experience the full range of TLCs products.Hope this helps. I am loving the Detox Tea, it did not disappoint!!!
