I’m really disappointed of the inconsistency of quality of products. Sometimes My nutraburst taste like sweet water instead of the typical thick consistency. Please do not sent me anymore bottles with black cap they are poorly made.

The products are great but I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated as far as customer service. So disappointed. These people won't even get back to me about missing products and missing points. They have something fishy going on I am not crazy, many times they would say I am not binary qualified and I would literally have a brand new person in and 2 or 3 others that are active. Its disheartening. I lost my entire business and income and lost my complete team because the CEO doesn't believe that Black Lives matter but all lives matter. Then you have the number one representative of the company have a media mishap. These 2 incidents on June 2 was horrifying. But your customer service needs help bad. Your level of care has gone down. Let's fix this because the products are undeniable
