my experience at TSS has been nothing but positive, my manager was great help, my training was very efficient and would highly recommend anyone who is interested in retail security to join these guys. They have up to date software and technology to make everyones life easier!

Never pay invoices on time. My mistake I kept supplying them and I put non- payment down to all the excuses they gave. But it always happened. I talked to other suppliers who experienced the same. They only pay when you threaten court. Avoid these cowboys. No wonder HMRC fined them £4mill for breach of minimum wage.

I worked for the company for 6 months, one of the biggest mistakes I ever made honestly. Company don't care about you, all the 'training and feedback' they claim to give you was non-existent. When I got approached by another company about working for them the first question I got from my supervisor was 'Who's poaching my area?' There's a reason the company are losing contracts to stores across the country, and some of those include poor management and a lack of respect for staff. It's an ok place to start work as a guard but best thing to do is move on when you got some experience behind you.

Phone manners are zero. Needed to speak to them about their security guards not wearing SIA licenses. Ages to get an answer, then passed around, then a rude lady who said she was a director told me stop complaining. Shocking service

I have worked at Total security for almost 2 years. when i start it was difficult, but now it is excellent. i enjoy my job. i try my best and if i need help the staff always cooperate and help me. very warmly they help me for a lot with everything which i needed

Very poor service from TSS Management. No idea how to organise. Highest turnover in the security industry. Poor practice and very unethical business

Culture of bullying from top to bottom. Heard the Director myself say to keep and not pay guards wages. Why? Because he wouldn’t do a double shift! Illegal all the way. All this company wants is money. Can’t talk to anyone as they tell you to write in on a Portal thing that’s rubbish and crashes. HR people do nothing just say sorry

Should be closed down they are absolute crooks. They charge the stores for your SIA License but they don’t pay, we have to pay. Zero hours contracts, last minute changes, double shifts. Highest turnover in any security company. No management from the managers. Spoke to a operating director she just was very rude and patronising. Then she put the phone down. Horrible people.

Not a great company. They have run into trouble with tax not paying minimum wage. Also with SIA for bad practice. Always recruiting as highest turnover. One to avoid. Surprised Apple and Councils use them.
