Thanks Chris my dad is absolutely over the moon with the shed much appreciated

The shed arrived wet and mouldy. We were told to put it up and it would dry out. After unloading the pallets we saw how bad it was and complained. It took lots of calls and emails but eventually it was collected and swapped a week later. The new shed still had some mould and mildew but less so we put it up. Lots of panels were not square or had holes in them. It was one of the cheapest sheds we found online and now we know why. Sheds.co.uk blamed total sheds.uk and visa versa. Very unprofessional.

A great shed at a great price with free delivery and installation. Excellent communication from the business exactly when promised. The installers arrived when expected and did a very good job. Highly recommended.

Product is brilliant, really well made and easy to put together with all fixings etc provided.

All round a fantastic experience and I would have no trouble recommending them for sheds etc.

After waiting 13 weeks from a reputable company, who messed me about making excuse after excuse requarding my shed, I got my money back and ordered the shed from total sheds,
Absolutely no problem at all the shed arrived on the date quoted and installed within the hour, absolutely delighted, with the service they provided, 5***** from me

Just had a shed delivered and erected, I am very impressed with the quality and the speed of erection, all done on the day as booked. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We were having a 10 ft x 6 ft shed erected this morning. Chris turned up well on time at 8.30am and basically got to work immediately. He was a big, amiable, lad from Dudley and how on earth he managed to move around the massive sections of solid wood on his own l will never know! He had the whole shed built, with glass windows, in just over an hour - and still had a big smile on his face after all his hard work, what a grafter!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris if you are looking for a top class professional to erect a wooden building. Oh, and the quality of the shed is top notch top!!

The fitter, Vin , made every effort to put the shed together despite being single handed.
He was accomadating and hardworking.

Very happy with the installation of my shed, the builder Vin did an excellent job of constructing it, very friendly chap and professional in his job.

Had to unload lorry as they sent a lorry that could not unload the pallet. No user guide for large sheds lots of split wood and pieces you have to cut to size yourself

Excellent quality shed and reasonable price. Ordered over the phone with very helpful lady called Rachel. Very easy process and paid the extra cost for fitting - very much worth it and not expensive at all. Product quality is excellent. Vin delivered and installed the shed - provided an excellent service. Really helpful and respectful of my property. He was efficient and installed it in no time at all. Very happy customer. 100% recommend.

Where do I start , the whole experience was first class , I spoke to Raj who was so polite and helpful , rang me back to confirm I will have the day and time I required. On the day for fitting Vin the fitter was first class , he put the shed up on his own and was so professional and helpful , the quality of the shed is excellent , so pleased with it and the price was for the shed the delivery and the fitting all under £500 , after seeing the sheds in B and Q etc this was so superior , great work Total Sheds would recommend to everyone , thanks Raj and Vin first class.

Fantastic seller, everyone I spoke with at Total Sheds was very kind and helpful. I had a couple of hiccups re delivery and these were swiftly sorted. Total Sheds went above and beyond. My shed is brilliant, super quality and the wood is a nice light colour. I can see it has been treated. My dad got a shed a few years ago from these guys and recommended them to me also. His is still looking great too. Thanks Total Sheds!

Great service amd communication from start to finish, came exactly when they said and Chris did a great job of building the shed in no time at all. Great quality shed.

That was the reply received from my bad review and took weeks and weeks to get, I sent a message and a month later nothing again...I have had to spend a lot of time and money painting to try make a shed that is made no better than making a pallet look better...split wood...all nail holes and knot holes...i bought a NEW shed, not the old crap thats been kicking about for months...

The fitter Chris was polite, very efficient had the shed up promptly. A great job, thank you Chris. Definitely recommend.

I ordered from their ebay store. The shed I bought was supposed to measure 10 x 5Ft however my one measured 9.5ft x 4.8ft. this is because the base which was sent out was the wrong size to begin with. I contacted them through the ebay about the problem and attempted to correct the problem but was told that the difference in size is due to it being measured in metric units and so would be under sized!!!

Weather the measurements are in metric or imperial, you advertised the shed as 10 x 5ft and thats what i was expecting. Most of all the panels had labels missing, so you could not know what panel were what or when they were made. All but one, and that one was not even readable. Admittingly, I will put my hand up and admit, I left the floor blokes out as they were not labeled! but these would not have corrected the width of the base.

Reading most of the good reviews I was expecting better and thought I was in safe hands but clearly not!
For anyone reading this I get the feeling their a great business to deal with until something goes wrong and then they will try to find any excuse to try and fool you. Im a engineer by trade with a degree in engineering. I know perfectly well the difference between Metric and Imperial measurements and if you advertise products, then the customer should get the size they pay for regardless of the unit of measurement.
I'm sorry but your just trying to fool people who would normally be none the wiser!!!!

In reply to your technical drawings. You will see the measurements are far larger then my shed. Maybe you guys cant read technical drawings!!

Chris arrived on time was very polite. The shed was put up in no time at all.
