Their was a fire at placentia storage. It took me over a month to get a claim form. Finally contacted your management company. And got a form .I emailed it back and when I asked if they received it no reply many email later still haven't heard from them.its been like going on three months and still have not got any were with my replacement for the fire damage. We lost every thing and now your company is just sitting in but. Going to new about this.

Best place in town!! They have great rates and nice size units. You even get to use the truck with your move in, I haven't seen that with any other company. You wont be disappointed with this company.

I was very happy here really like the manager but I'm very disappointed I've been here for over a year and all of a sudden they raise my rent almost $30 more a month that's just crazy

Helpful Staff, Clean and Secure area.

I've rented a unit here for 7 years now. My rent has gone up a couple of dollars each year. I get it. This last time, it went up 15 dollars!!!! Lame. Good thing for them I'm too lazy to pack up and move somewhere else (and I've never been late or missed a payment in all those years).

I have had nothing but CLASS A service.....with everyone at the Peoria location....I have rented from the big named ..".P.... S.... " you all know who .....and to them I was just a payment, nothing more or nothing less.
Ed and Carol have treated me with professional, respectful service and gone above and beyond for me ....They are the best !!

Decent place with friendly and helpful managers. Only drawback: paying online. It doesn't always work and if you're paying in advance, it doesn't recognize all payments - only the current one. They need to fix this.

No complaints, I just wish I could pay for 6 months, or a year, at a possible discount!

My unit is easy to get to and the parking is never crowded. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I have a problem or challenge. They also have shredding services, if you ever need to shred important documents.

This is absolute GREED. I am referring to the recent raise in my storage space. You would think someone that has been with you for over 10 years would be due some consideration. Buy NO-you must satisfy your GREED.

Love this place! The 24-hour key pad gate saves so much time and hassle compared to other storage places that I've rented from. The front office people are also very friendly and helpful. The free moving truck is also a nice bonus. Great place to rent from.
