I sent my watch to TWR after the factory watch service claimed my watch to be "unrepairable". TWR was able to provide a new movement for my watch at a fair price. I am grateful to have found them. Highly recommend them.

I was disappointed with the replacement strap that was put on my $600 Seiko Sportura Watch.The strap looks very cheap.It should have had some type of design to match the watch.

Very easy to have watch repaired. Only drawback was the band was the replacement band was too big for my son’s wrist.

Every aspect of the repair process -- initial call on the process, detailed estimate, time to complete, and exceptional job cleaning up a 20+ year old watch for my 93-year old mother-in-law-- was professional and efficient.

I found an old watch (a Benrus) of a coffee can full of pennies, I was not working and was scratched up a bit. so I found Total Watch Repair online an\d sent it to them.

The did an excellent job cleaning and reconditioning the watch and did so at a price that was very fair. I would use their services again!

Everything involving getting my watch repaired happened as quoted no delays and the price was reasonable. I sent my watch in, tracked delivery, got a quote, and it was fixed and sent back to me right away within 5 days of prepaying for repair!

So far so good, my Rolex runs so much better. Keeps very good time. The only thing that really disappointed me was that the UPS delivery was not sent with adult signature required, i was informed that there is a check box to us ASR when using UPS, being that these are expensive watches they should all have Adult Signature Required without a check box!!

I have mailed several watches for service from battery change to movement replacement and I have always been satisfied with the service. The communication is excellent and turn around time is always quick.
