They push crap brands of liquor for their own profit. I tried 2, both taste like vomit. So then I went to their app to ask about the return policy, which I do expect there to be none, however instead I had a run around with a retarded AI robot. At the end of the day you don’t save that much money to not support your local liquor stores.

Terrible, placed an order early in the day for delivery between 3-5 pm its 5.12, I get a text at 3.48 saying, your order will be delivered in less than 30 minutes, again its 5.12 and no delivery, and they cannot find out why, cannot reach the driver, only re-deliver tomorrow, which does no good for the party tonight! 18 minutes on the phone with terrible on-hold music and more, never again with this service - im 4 miles from the delivery store. Complete failure ~~~

Overall fair experience
Overall I have a fair to decent experience here. Their deals are decent if you spend some time with them. Their prices are better than local grocery stores often enough to make it worth checking. They have good options. I don’t find their scoring to be very reliable. Many highly rated wines have not been good. It’s impossible to cancel an order online after it’s submitted and there’s no way to email our local store, which is problematic.

Disappointing customer service
I used to love this place, until today.I puchased 2 basil hayden, 1 large gentleman Jack and 2 bottles of champagne, then in the counter stands a big guy, must be in his late 20’s, told me to pick my box and pack the booze myself. Didn’t lift a finger to help. I am in my 60’s with back problems. I guess, customer service is gone at this store. i will never be back.

Overpriced liars. Just jacked price of Conundrum red wine by $3/bottle. They claim they will price match but you have to drive to the store. What if you can't drive? Is this a violation of the ADA?

I normally go to Total Wine about once a month to purchase my beverages, today was my last visit. I am done with the poor customer service, had to argue about a discount after purchasing a case of wine, then cashier decided to shortchange me $5.00. When I called him out, he grabbed the cash from my hand, recounted and then added what he didn’t give me and handed back rather disgusting. When trying to find things, employees were too busy socializing or on their phones. I am done!

Ordered 14 cases of beer and had it delivered. Upon delivery I discovered that I had ordered cans instead of bottles. My mistake. I called the store (Wesley Chapel) and they said to come in and I could exchange the cans for bottles (same price). I got to the store and the they would not let me exchange cans for bottles. They said they have to issue a refund on the entire order, which could take up to ten days to get My Money back, and I would have to make another purchase if I wanted the bottled Beer. The Customer Service Lady was Rude to Boot! This should have been a simple exchange right away. Not involving Me having to make another purchase and waiting up to TEN Days to get MY MONEY REFUNDED from the original Order. They have now lost Me as a future Customer!
Order Never Arrived - Shabby Customer Service
Ordered a custom engraved bottle of champagne for delivery. Never arrived and a "FedEx" investigation was started. Three calls to customer service and the issue is unresolved. Each time I was told that the shipping department would be in touch. Never heard from them. I won't be back.

He told me to wait I did for about 5 minutes while he got Linda she came and went directly to a male white customer who was walking by when clearly I was standing there cart in hand waiting. Rick was crest fallen I just walked out. Bought nothing. Very bad experience. When are people gonna learn? Stop and ask. I will not be going back will drive to North Miami. Rick you should have stepped in.

We shopped the Brentwood (Nashville), TN store the morning of 10/13/25 for our daughter’s wedding! Our experience with the employees was fantastic. We went in overwhelmed and left confident in our selections. Craig helped us with all of the Spirits! So so knowledgeable and helpful. Another employee helped us with wine selection and that was also educational and helpful! Additionally, other employees were available to help us grab cases, answer misc questions and checkout! A+ from beginning to end! I will return!

I tried to shop at Brandon with a friend just because one of as didn’t have an id they treated as like garbage not even explaining or letting us know just grab the product and walk away from us imagine they don’t get paid enough to smile or at least being polite I do not recommend this store to no human being who spect be treated with respect and a cordial customer service

Falsely advert. Nothing I love is at Total wine!!!!!!!!!
First, they falsely advertise- "Find what you love, love what you find" there isn't crap in this store that I love...total wine rejects, refuse to allocate brands to certain areas. They do not offer special requests, or special ordering for rare liquors. Basically worthless- won't help customers find Thier special liquor, or help them acquire a well known brand Eagle Rare or Blanton's, or any type of kosher rye whiskeys to AZ.
So all in all they are worthless, they only want to collect money from you at thier shop but won't help ya find anything that they sell in other states, which is funny dillard's dept store will send a pair of $9 socks to customer across country, cause of good customer service but this sh*t company will not send a $400 bottle a few states over to help a customer, way to lose Millions of dollars a year from loss of sales, and then piss customers off to where I don't shop this shithole anymore!!!!!!!!!!!
