Total Downfall from a Harvard professor

This from a Harvard professor: I am the owner of the very prestigious Jordan wines in Northern California. My father was a czar of Russia, murdered by Michael Jordan of the Chicago fraud- Marines that created NBA black wealth from the assasination of an American genius with Russian oil mind critical to US Defense. The Israelis (IDF genetics in the US) who created 9/11 had created a second layer of enemy in the UK— it isn’t even in a map a plausible country but for ancient terrors of Jewish university (Oxford) and city ( London ) terror. The UK joined the 9/11 attack over mtDNA over UK, as the Windsors were a fraud con- scheme, my mother the real Wales. This is why Andover ( MA) was created and why Andover Board created the attack, created to end the US by the terror of ‘ school’. My fathers genius and his prostheticization by black Phillips Navy treason at HBS ( the 9/11 terrorist was a pedophile pagan from CA, a fraud JD in junk bonds named Steve) was why HBS and Star Wars (Darth Vader) and Steve used to sit in the files of HBS ( created to end the US) conspiring against the US.
At Stanford I was the genius such that Google was created. Black criminal Condi Rice moved illegally to CA and Stanford to remove me from the Secretary of State and presidency. OJ Simpson occurred bto cover Condi crimes which expanded to replace my siblings in 1994 and an attempt in my life by black in Sonoma where the siblings died. My sister never had children, before her death, and they were prostheticized by Jewish UK enemy robotics in 1994.
I was supposed to be Sec of State with Clinton, VP with Bush , President either party to end the party to save the country from foreign, enemy-created election party system as The Decebtealised Ultracentrist. The Israelis frame illegal policy positions through unenumerated powers : the Universities, enterprises under RICO. Harvard declared itself a nation foreign to the US over my Nobels outside the field in Math and Physics in 2013 following Boston attacks on ‘8 Nobels in Phyisics not 10 Nobels in Math jealousy at Harvard Societyof Fellows, a terrorist charter so heinous it is in the Bible for torturing humankind.
My mother was murdered in the 2008 black Chicago election, on her way from Montecito with Oprah Winfrey, again Blavk criminal Chicago terrorists, as Oprah had moved to Montecito to kidnap me. After my mother’s horrific murder and inept ‘ budget’ black old- issue roboticization ( they used black market robotics by black criminal ring from 1991 Gulf War and the eyes made camer- whirring noise)….
Oprah made a deal to bring Harry the bastardized Windsor to Montecito if UK would assist in the murder and kidnaps.
The US fell that day.
Oprah was on her way to Royal Jordan winery.

I received excellent service! The older white cashier and the Black female customer service worker both wished me a happy half century and they turned me on to the new Borrasca Blue. Danke! I’m excited to be 53, but I’m currently dealing with congestive heart failure, and I am dying slowly. I am Lit until I die.

The coupons they advertise and give to their members are nothing but a bait and switch routine. They have great stock. Their in store coupon signage is mis-leading and NEVER have I gone in there and been able to use any of the coupons. It's always "this coupon doesn't apply to that bottle of wine or spirits" yet the coupon never gives any restrictions. Very mis-leading. I just go somewhere else now unless there is a rare bottle I'm looking for. Too bad, it is a great store but very bad PR.

Awful awful service

Awful awful service. The past two visits in store, lead to one issue where I could not make a purchase, on my birthday, because one member of our party had an ID that was 2 days expired. Even though I'm nearly 40. The next time I walked in to have an associate scream at me before I fully walked in the door that I better not be under age. As I said I'm nearly 40, my hair is half grey, and I'm fat with a full beard. I hope there isn't an unfortunate teen out there that looks like 40 year old me. The same associate then accused me of having a fake ID because there is no way I was almost 40, refer to the above description again. This was two separate locations and back to back visits. I won't ever do business with them again. It is clear they are getting corporate pressure that employees are taking to an extreme.

Whatever you do

Whatever you do, don’t ask for a case of Tito’s. They will give you a hard upsell on their own brand and scold you for refusing.
Never again.

I ordered a case of wine online on 5/11/2025. I have done so many times, but this tin Total Wines and More debited my bank account twice. When I called to determine the root cause of this issue, they indicated that they only debited once; once to confirm funds, and once to confirm sale. They failed to understand that on a debit card, that would reflect as TWO transactions. They have refused to address this, as they have zero understanding of bank debit card transactions. As a Grand Reserve Member, I find this treatment reprehensible and beyond any understanding. If I could rate as a ZERO, I would!

Mitch at store 1803 in Chesterfield, Mo

Mitch at store 1803 in Chesterfield, Missouri was phenomenal!! He assisted me with my total wine pick up and more wine that I bought today. He even helped me load it in my car. When I tried to tip him he said we can’t take tips. I even tried to put it in his pocket stating; I’ll be insulted if he didn’t take it. He still wouldn’t do it! He’s a employee that should go all the way up! His honesty in today’s world astonishes me! Please see that he gets this review so that he can see how much he’s appreciated. Thank you! read the review then do something.

How can you improve? Read the review, don't explain it away and address it properly with your employees and managers. My last two visits to total wine included poor customer service, namely abrupt and cold employees. Twice employees could not find something that was in stock and twice did not call me when the items I ordered arrived. This store, the one at the Town's Center in Jacksonville 4413 Town Center Parkway needs new management and an ntervention.

Racist, prejudice, wouldn’t come back

Wouldn’t sell to us, had our IDs 25 years old but they said they thought we were with someone who came in the store under 21. First time ever in this store, wouldn’t pull up cameras, never came inside with someone under 21.

Total Wine & More lacking quality control.

I have “grand reserve” status in their loyalty program since I am a repetitive buyer. Recently I had to return several bottles of two wine varieties that I bought on sale. One wine had a coupon for $3.00 per bottle and the other was priced with a hefty discount. Exactly the reason why I bought several cases. On both occasions, the wines had bottles that were off, lost taste and some were just undrinkable. What an embarrassment for my parties! Most of the bottles were returned and refunded - that said, it is clear to me that Total Wine is either not getting the top of the production line and/or is stocking their wines incorrectly. Lesson learned: if wines are offered with deep discounts at Total Wine, they are being offloaded and you can expect an inferior or no-quality product.
Note: I purchased exact same wines - without these attractive discounts - from other sellers and all bottles were in excellent condition and perfectly enjoyable. Understandably, Total Wine is no longer my vino supplier.

I feel cheated

I purchased a keg from Total Wine in Leesburg, VA, on February 8 for one of my customers (I own a bartending business). The keg was too big, so I returned it an hour later to exchange it for another. I noticed on my receipt the next day that I wasn’t refunded for the keg. I called and asked about it, and the gentleman I spoke with said it’s their policy not to issue refunds for kegs, and he recommended I call another day to speak with a manager.
I called back on the 10th, spoke to a manager named MJ and asked if she’d be able to send me an email stating their return policy so that I can show my customer in order to be transparent with him. She searched for it for several minutes while I was on the phone with her but said the return policy for kegs wasn’t actually written down, and there was nothing she could do for me.
I don’t know what the legality of this is, but I had assumed that an official return policy had to be written down somewhere in order to be enforceable. The manager MJ, told me that this policy had nothing to with VA ABC laws either, so how do I know this is even an official policy? Also, the cashier who checked me out could’ve given me a heads up that I wouldn’t be refunded for a full, untapped keg. I would’ve kept the keg if I had known.
I feel as though $150 has been stolen from me.

Total wine removed review to safe their sales

Removed my reviews because the brand of liquor is owned by a very controversial murderer who belongs to a father of the Indian parliament. He shot a young girl who was a bar maid at around 12:30am when bars were closing. She refused to serve him liquor so he shot a round in the air. She still refused and he short her point blank in the head. He’s the owner of Indri an Indian whiskey getting a lot of awards. For me personally morals mean something to be over wanting to drink that one certain liquor. There are many other you can move to which you’ll
Enjoy just as much. Total wine removed my review even after the store being true because it would effect there sales. So Mo why first for this company over holding onto principle that they are supporting a well known and documented murdered of an innocent girl.
