Now I'm Two TØTE Joe

I stumbled upon TØTE on Instagram and had my doubts at first; so often, the platform is pumped full of disingenuous ads for what looks like high quality items, only to turn out to be tat. I'm relieved this wasn't the case here. Initially, I bought a basic TØTE, which I started to use all of the time. It was strong, comfortable, and you can feel the quality of the design and the materials. My only criticism was that I'd like a version with adjustable straps and a zip - which they then happened to launch a few weeks later. I ordered a second TØTE, which I use for going to the office or taking my laptop to a coffee shop, supported by the structure of the bag. Both deliveries came quickly and had their origin country verified by Royal Mail, so trust was built there between us. I'm a happy customer, in short; I've got two bags that I love, they arrived promptly, and the quality is high.

The user support is very helpful and I got a replacement order after reporting failed product. I am very glad that they responded under 24 hours and I dont need to send back the failed product for them to replace my order. At the end I got my bag with no damage and I am happy with the product.

Not happy with customer service and double standards with return policy

I ordered a bag for my travels and when it comes to payment and shipping part, they ask by which date I would like to receive. I guess they ask this question to know how urgently the parcel needs to be delivered. It was important that I receive the package on time because of my travels. It never did and was way late on delivery. I even wrote to the company asking about the delivery and received a very generic reply. When it was delivered incorrectly at a much later date, I wanted to return the package. That’s when customer service told me that return is not free ( which is opposite to what they claim in their website) because I wanted to return due to very late delivery. I specifically asked the package to be delivered on particular date. And they did not. So why now the double standards on returns asking me to pay for that as well?

Great product and great customer service

Great product and great customer service.
I bought a brown totebag, which is big enough to fit my laptop and/or gym clothes. The crossbody feels really nice and the bag feels secure.
Unfortunately, the button closure broke immediately when I first used it.
I contacted customer service about this and got a reply the same day (on a Saturday.)
I immediately got a new back shipped, a 15 euro voucher and I can keep the old broken bag.

Really great customer service. 5 stars worth for that alone.

The SIV bag is fabulous

The SIV bag is fabulous! Big enough for al the stuff you need to carry with you through out the day and still look elegant and stylish. The fabric is of good quality and I love the colour navy blue! Great customer experience!

I recieved a bag which shortly after arrival prooved to be defect (a button fell out prior to use). I therefor took contact to TØTE's customer support which very quickly and kindly assisted me with a replacement bag. This was a very good experience and i would gladly shop from here again!

We love the items

We love the items. One of the backs ordered had a defected zipper. Customer service reacted quickly and first offered a 5 EUR compensation for a repair service by which we felt a bit ridiculed. Finally they replaced the item and even changed it to my partners favorite color that was out of stock before. So, as I read from other reviews as well, the customer service seems to be in a learning curve. We experienced no issues with delivery. Overall I feel the good intentions of this company and was left with good vibes and great bags

Amazing bag. Speedy delivery.

I got the navy tote and it is amazing. I haven’t used another bag since! Delivery was speedy (to the UK) and the contact that I have had with the company has been fantastic.

The bag is a perfect size. Fits my work laptop and notepad in, my kindle, 1l water bottle, lunchbox as well as my gym kit, towel and toiletries!!

I’ve had so many compliments any questions about the bag and keep recommending getting one to everyone!

The customer service was terrible

The customer service was terrible. Longgggg delay between responses which made everything worse. I bought a crossbody bag with the BF Discount and I didn’t like it at all when it arrived. I asked for a return and they took around 4 emails (in different business days) to send me the address. Plus, they didn’t want me to return the item. When I said I’d like to return it they would always say they’d give me 20% refund without sending it, then it went up to 30% and then finally 40% (all without sending it back). I just wanted the 100% refund with me sending the item back… Mind you, the first email was on the 5th November (wed) and the last was on the 13th (thu), when I gave up and let them give me my 40% back.
