Great experience overall! The bag has a very good style and the quality seems great. It is a bit difficult to search for things or put something into it while wearing it but I would recommend it anyway!

Good quality bag. Simple, basic design for my everyday use. Only missing a loop for my keys. Also quick delivery.

I ordered the SIV | black bag. I was very happy with it, but the zipper was quite stiff from the start. Now it has broken. I immediately looked up TOTE's contact details, which were easy to find on the website. I sent a message and included photos as proof. Within an hour, I received a response offering me a replacement bag. I'm super happy with it and really appreciate how helpful they are. TOTE is great!

I bought the ALTA and the SIV, both in black because they look so elegant. The bags are amazing, great quality and different enough so you can use it on different occasions.
The only issue I had was with shipping, it took about 9-10 days instead of what they advertised. The customer service was lovely and helpful, but there was not much they could do. I am aware it was a Holidays purchase, but maybe they could let us know prior to buying the product, like many companies do, by announcing it in the home page or something like that. Other than that I’m super happy with my bags

First class premium quality item from TØTE. My friends ask where I got it from.
I use it for carrying groceries, vinyl 12" and any other reason I can think of!
Customer service has been excellent also!
In this day and age it's nice to be treated well, many companies are rather lazy when sorting any problems out, not so with TØTE

I love the sleek, simple design. The quality is great and it has a good size to fit all my gym stuff in it. The strap is great too and doesn't slip, even though the material is so soft. The shopping experience was great too.

I’d never owned a tote bag before, always using a rucksack instead. I had seen these on instagram and thought they looked more sturdy than alternatives and I have to say the bag is fantastic. Totes website is easy to navigate and it arrived very quickly. The bag is really well designed and will probably outlast me. I may well treat myself to another one for all my work junk.

Great customer support! I received a bag that showed a defect after a few weeks so I contacted customer support with my complaint. They handled it very quickly and offered to send me a new one!

I really like the overall design and concept of the SIV crossbody bag, it looks great and is very practical. However, the stitching quality is quite poor. The handle started to come apart within a week, and I wasn’t even carrying anything heavy. On top of that, the handle is held together with cheap plastic, which feels disappointing at this price point. It’s just the stitches, so I can repair it myself, but I expected better durability and materials. The durability of the bag’s fabric itself is still unclear, as I haven’t used it long enough to really test how well the material holds up over time.

I’m incredibly happy with TOTE! After I bought a TOTE bag, something occured with the bag (can happen ofcourse). I had contacted them to come to a solution. The service is amazing and they solved the problem with the bag very well. I’m coming bag!

Great product and the company is friendly and great customer service. I bought the black tote bag and really pleased with, currently using as work bag. Fits my 16inch dell, keyboard, charger and other work stuff. Like the internal and easy and comfortable on and holding with hands.

Highly recommend the Tote Alta.
The adjustable strap makes is really easy to wear crossbody and the zips and pockets inside makes it really easy to carry stuff around with you.

Really happy with my bags! I now have the classic tote bag, the siv bag and the laptop case and they are all perfect! Really convenient and with this whether the siv is perfect when its raining!
