My husband purchased some bags for me as a Valentine's gift! He was a bit worried about it because it seemed to bounce around the whole state of New Jersey, before teleporting to Colorado, and then to Oregon. Luckily, it came 1 day before Valentine’s Day, 2 days before it said it would arrive! The purses are so beautiful and very well made! To say I am excited to use them is an understatement. My only disappointment is that the Mini Purple Barrel Bag seems to have gotten misshapen during shipping, but Tote’N’Carry responded to my review on their website saying that it should fix itself after some use.

This is the worst experience I've ever had
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company I placed my order on December 22,2024 and still nothing I've sent multiple emails with no answer or a solution I've been patiently waiting over a month and about a week also the email that they did send me was so generic telling me to be patient and that my order is on the way. I still haven't heard anything back. I still can't track my order or anything this has been the worst I truly understand things happen from time to time but over a month with no answer or a solution is crazy.

Every purchase experience I’ve had with T&C has been great, with no problems concerning shipping/delivery or product(s) received. From browsing thru the collections , checking out my selections & receiving my purchases—I’m thoroughly delighted, pleased & have recommended others to make their own T&C purchases, as well as gifted a few pieces, too.

I returned a two items due to size issue with their return label through FedEx and checked to make sure it was recieved which it did on Jan 10th. No one has contacted me back or verified my return item being replaced nor a refund since. This was a gift for someone special and I though it be nice one, but clearly Tote n Carry doesn't value customer service. I emailed, texted, sent pics of receipt exchange confirmed made it and no response. I can't understand how you sell items with no contact for problems after you take my money but won't refund or exchange my item as promised. I am reporting this issue if I don't get some action asap.

Great, Great Product! My only suggestion would be to improve communication regarding shipment updates. That said, I’ll absolutely be using them again—especially as they continue enhancing their shipping process.

Great Quality but Terrible Customer Service
I have purchased a number of items and are impressed with the quality and durability of items. However there were two items that were never received. Emails were sent concerning both with either a general response or no response at all.
I would have been able to give a FULL 5 stars but customer service is above all. Due to POOR Customer service and inability to resolve unshipped purchases doesn't allow me to give more than two stars.
Just as your company wants patrons to purchase and you expect FULL payment we as consumers expect quality product or resolution when errors occur.

Will report to the BBB. Order number TC286998. I noticed there is a lot of customers who have gotten scammed like me and my boyfriend did. We order on 12/09/24. Nothing was never shipped, they gave us a gift card for the trouble, so we waited. They emailed us saying that the luggage have been shipped but when we tried to track the tracking number, the shipping company said the it was not shipped yet. No Resolution at all.
Theres no real attempt to fix these issues. This company post the same generic reply to all issues. "If you could provide more details or reach out to us we’d greatly appreciate the opportunity to make things right."
They don't attempt to make anything right they won't reach back out at all. Your money and product just gone. I ordered in September.
Your feedback isn't important to them at all. They don't care about restoring your trust.

I ordered on 12/12/24 still no delivery!!!!
Omgggggggg I ordered on 12/12/2024 and my order has not been shipped nor can I speak to a live person. I looked on different social media sites and noticed I’m not the only person that haven’t received their items. I emailed and an AI replied stating it will escalate this matter. I was definitely impressed how Efficient the AI was. This is not my first time ordering from this company and will be honest I had no issues last year when I received my luggage set. I love my set and I have recommended a lot of friends and family to purchases. My other emails they ignored me without giving me an explanation on why my order has not been shipped. They should at least email us and inform us all when it’s gonna be shipped or delayed. The customer service is just ridiculous and unprofessional especially being a reoccurring customer. I would be more understanding if I was kept in loop. Suggestion why not email your customers and just tell us the truth of what’s going or post on your social media that you identify the issue and you’re working on it. We would definitely respect that so it gives us the opportunity to cancel our order or just wait.

My first tote n carry was a gift from a friend in royal blue absolutely love it. So I purchased four sets for my family the following year. Which they love. Now this year I purchased three sets Nov 18th and 21st. I just got one set from the Nov 21st order which that order had two sets and Nov 18th nothing. The packaging has changed and the price is higher. Am disappointed that its taking this long to receive all of my items am still hopeful I will receive by Christmas it normally doesnt take this long to receive. I have never had issue with the product its self and I have been buying since 2021

Stolen Package unable to enjoy experience
At this moment I am only able to give 3 stars because my duffle bag was stolen and I have an investigation out to see if something can be done. I love the Tiffany blue book bag. I haven't used it yet because its a Christmas gift to myself. I sent an email two days ago regarding hoping someone will assist me with this claim. I also will be making sure to pay for extra protection if I am able to purchase a new item.

Sometimes thing work out a second time around
I've made several purchases with T&C and I can honestly say I am happy with the way I've been handled. The first time I ordered back in August 2023 it took a while but I was finally reached out to and told they were sold out of what I ordered so I was given a full refund. I decided to give them another try and was fully satisfied. Since then, I have ordered 3 more times and currently awaiting a new order now!

Update: I was expecting a call from Mr. Tote and Ms. Carry THE HEAD PERSON! NOT A REP!!! MY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!! I was assured like many many many many other times that I would have my order by now. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE MERCHANDISE I PAID FOR!!!!!! I am disputing this charge as we speak! I do not trust this company to resolve anything. Tote and Carry has lied on several emails telling me my order is on the way. I have at LEAST 13 email exchanges inquiring about my order!!! They have not offered a refund, discount or any other consolation for this stress. SHOPPING is not suppose to be like this. You order an item and within a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME you receive your order! Stay away from Tote and Carry.

TotenCarry has changed the game in traveling in style. Every piece I have purchased has been nothing but top quality. I get compliments when in the airport on my royal blue backpack and duffle set.
