Tote and Carry bags are a very good quality and looks good, so I’m definitely excited to travel with class and in style, their one of the best that I’ve seen , Tote and Carry has style , class and the price that’s right…get u a few sets

I used my luggage one time only and the zipper broke on the carry-on bag. What kinda cheap mess is this; all that money I paid for this set?! Their customers service leaves a lot to be desired. I sent an email and got one response then crickets. I still wanna know who can repair my zipper?! I'm very disappointed. The luggage looks nice but it's janky. Do better. FYI your 15 minute warranty expired before I even used my luggage. I like preparing in advance for my trips. I just want my zipper fixed.

I highly recommend Tote and Carry bags. I purchased my first treval bag back March 2022. I purchased travel bags and other bags for several family members. The quality is great and and the bags are very spacious. I received complaints every time I am out with any of my Tote and Carry merchandise.

My order was placed. Label was created. Item was never shipped nor delivered. I reached out on multiple occasions responses started off fast. I was responded to immediately with "its stuck in transit and they will check with the carrier to determine the cause of the delay." More than 5 weeks after my order was placed I had to reach out again. At this point my order was removed from Shop App where I can no longer track it. I was responded to saying they're still awaiting a response from the carrier and a claim was filed for my order. I was also told they reached out to a colleague from their warehouse to try and expedite the process. Why so if the carrier (UPS) supposedly lost the package. I finally inquired about a refund I was told the claim was denied. I wasn't eligible for a refund because I didn't purchase any shipping protection and they could only offer 50% store credit. I was sent a piece of screenshot of a claim that was created almost two weeks after I was originally told my claim was created. I was also sent some screenshot about limited liability for packages that were already delivered. My package was never delivered never seen it after the label was created. I proceeded to go to the checkout page where there is no option to purchase any type of shipping protection. I finally found a link to shipping protection after digging no where near where you purchase any items. I attempted to click on the link and of course the link is not clickable. There is no option to add shipping protection. This seems like a common thing as lately. This company is fulfilling orders now they obviously don't have the product to fill and keeping the money when the packages are getting "lost" and "stolen" before getting delivered. I just want my product or refund.

I am extremely satisfied with my Tote & Carry Set. I have purchased many of them, but this one has a style and elegance of it's own.

I have been completely satisfied with the merchandise I’ve ordered. The quality, craftsmanship and durability have exceeded my expectations. I recently ordered the Apollo 2 suitcases and received countless compliments while traveling. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Tote & Carry brand and fully intend to continue supporting.

I do not recommend. If your package is lost or stolen they will not refund your purchase. They make you engage with the shipping company in order to get updates on the claim. You are ultimately paying for a product that you won’t receive. They claim there is a policy yet it is not upfront when you purchase. This is my last and only purchase. I tried to support a Black business yet not with this type of policy.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I seen a girl in the airport with the red duffle set and I had to get one. So I went to the website and they had hot pink so I immediately purchased a set for me and my husband. I love how fast it came in the mail way sooner than expected. I also made an account so I get offers all the time my set will be complete in no time.. I love this brand and will continue to be a loyal customer

Tote n Carry is a brand I trust and highly recommend. When I travel every takes notice of my bag . My most recent purchase was the Velvet duffle bag in Black and I am sooooo in love . My bags came earlier than I expected. They were made to perfection top quality top to bottom. In every way you must order ASAP. I know I will finish my collections. I need all bags purses colors. This really made my grown-up day. I was so happy beautiful in every way thank you.

My experience with this company has been outstanding. The communication top notch. The bags are durable and gorgeous. I absolutely love all the colors.

This company is so professional. Recently had a mix up on the shipping but they fixed everything so fast and I was able to get what I ordered quickly. Things like that go a long way. I will always buy here

My experience with this company of bags. I haven't had any other company really make durable bags the way these bags are made. I been looking for good leather luggage's and bags for awhile. Companies don't make bags durable like they use to or affordable. Either their to expensive or just cheap quality made.

I bought from Tote and Carry because I was excited to support a black owned brand. The bags are simple and gorgeous, just my type. I didn't immediately use the purses right away and left them in their original packaging.

Within a month of everyday wear to work the threads on the large burgundy tote were peeling and the magnetic closure was not working. More threads started to come out.

Next I got out my mini mustard tote and fell even more in love. I used the bag a total of less than 8 times and it had the same problems as the burgundy tote. I reached out to customer service and they sent one replacement and a giftcard which resulted in me having to spend some more money. May not have been much but it should have been zero. In under a two weeks the replacement bag has started showing signs of wear in tear. The magnetic closer won't work and one of the gold buttons dislodged so quietly I didn't notice at first. I reached out to customer service and they said it was out of warranty as well as they've never had so many issues with bags. I did not like the implication as I'm not rough with the bags and I'm not over stuffing them. There are no scratches or marks, only lose threads and non working magnets.

Had I read the reviews here I would've known immediately that I should've gone for a backpack instead of a purse.

By the way I sent pictures to customer service so I know they know it isn't "normal wear and tear" because there's nothing normal about a gold button they put there dislodging with NO scratch marks, tears, or distress to the fabric

I don’t travel anywhere unless I have 2 pieces of travel luggage from Tote n Carry!!!!! No matter where I go, everyone wants to know where did I get my luggage from, and I have to let them know that it came from the BADDEST LUGGAGE company called Tote n Carry!!!!! They immediately search for Tote n Carry and start smiling. Microphone dropppppp !

I have purchased 5 sets and just recently purchased an XL duffel to complete a 3piece set to give to my daughter. She loves the XL duffel. It holds all her things perfectly. She has gotten tons of compliments on the look and quality of the leather. Five stars for sure!

I have literally purchased over 20 different bags from tote and carry through the years and I wear every single one of them!

I have been purchasing from T&C for quite a while now and have never had any issues. The products are beautiful, I always get lots of compliments. I have purchased duffle bags, backpacks, chest bags, and purses. I love every item. The customer service is always top tier. Definitely will continue to purchase.
