Don’t bother with this site. Signed up and deposited £10 for the £30 in credits and free spins promotion and was told this will be recieved within 48hrs. Bang on 48hrs later they decided they need additional documents. Live chat is useless they give quick replies but are always automated replies so please steer clear.

Absolute joke of a betting company. The £10 / £30 free bet offer is totally unclear. The £10 has to be a total bet and has to be the very first bet you have. Despite placing other bets that meet the criteria after your first bet, that doesn't count.
Utter crap compared to other companies... and they can't lose as it a tote and only pay out a percentage of bets.

Customer service is non-existant, Waited 50 minutes for a reply on live chat then gave up.
Do not recommend this company at all.

Opened account thinking I was getting £30 pounds free bets for Cheltenham because my first bet was a £5 ew didn't meet their long winded small print requirements I got no opening offer. Their games total crap matched only by their odds and customer service. Avoid. Open window throw and watch your money blow in the wind. Only one star because wasn't option for minus.

I should have gone with my head and not my heart. After reading all the poor reviews about this company, I still went and opened an account with them.Deposited £10. Bet went down the pan. Waited for my £30 credit and free spins for over 48 hours. But no credit or spins. Just been on to their customer service team (Shaban) told I had to send additional id etc. Chalk this one up to being a wally. Closed my account. Like most of the other poor reviews that have been left. This is my attempt to try and stop anyone else falling for the same con.

Roulette scam! I foolishly thought this company may be different but no. Computer system, how if random, I cover 1st 2 dozens so expect to lose 35% give or take, yet 3rd dozen hit 80% of session. 1 person against company computer, not fair, not random. Another account closed, I play for fun not to make money, but when you are cheated blatantly I do not understand. Tote, don't bother giving people the random crap. My search for a fair site continues but I think all in it together. Industry is corrupt to the core.

Robbers put it this way deposited 50 quid they closed the account kyc (know your customer) there is something else but that is being escalated I will leave a review when it is done but people steer clear well clear

Constant problems with app, will be shutting account

Crap put £110 on played 3 main slots I play nothing back from it freezes and boots you out of game then hardly any bonus fixed obviously self excluded as I’m not wasting money with these scam artists

They offer £30 bonus let you deposit and bet then before crediting your bonus "upon review" they need to verify blah blah blah, scam they could do that before deposit. DONT BOTHER

Absolute farce
I had an account with the tote for 2 years
The account is now closed
I reached their deposit threshold (£100)
And before I can place another bet they wanted me to speak to the safer gambling team and disclose my income details
My deposits averaged about £1 per week and they seem to think I have a problem !!!

If i could give them zero stars i would they are a complete joke of a company. I have been betting consistently with tote for years putting my placepots on just small bets of £1 - 0.50p I have lost hundreds which is part of the game but now they have the cheek to take away my ability to use free promotions as my account is not gambling enough money with them which is ridiculous their own terms and conditions say free promotions are open to all customer with an active account and if they are to withdraw this they should give prior notice which they did not, also the customer service is terrible you can't raise a complaint so they say, even though they have a full section on the website outlining the complaints process in full which obviously customer service staff cant be bothered to follow

Site is a total scam. Let me create and account and deposit the had the audacity to tell me I'm verified then proceed to lock my account stating a hit a thesehold that requires further verification. The pretty young and very unapologetic lady named jasmine then sent me a list of demands just to get my £10 back. I didn't even get to place a bet, just take my money and tell me I can't have it back basically.

£5 for £20 wow what a scam i placed £25 but still didnt qualify. When questioned. Got fobbed off customer services a joke. Then i ask to close my account, 20 question to why. They closed my account at my request but no word just kicked me out! So i dont know if it closed or not?
