avoid this company at all cost i opened account for royal ascot they gave me a balance to use up to £100 fair enough i won over £1200 over ascot then half way threw saturday racing they blocked me a lady called ann she wanted my id i sent 2 bank cards my passport driving licence and a recent bill still blocked was then told that ann had gone home for the weekend they then wanted to know my job my wages i was not going to do this as its crazy they could get hackec and all my info they have anyway thats it told them to sod off avoid them they dont even bet on any other sports rip off and for gods sake dont win

On my tote account I was set a limit of 200 a month witch I wasn't really happy with but didn't complain never won anything for a few months then on the 5th I deposited ten pound and got it up to 1500 I withdrew a bit and played with the rest witch I then lost a couple of days later I get a email about safer gambling and that they have tried to contact me I mean talk about a joke that day cost me ten pounds and now they want every detail under sun because I placed a few bets with there Money gambling has become a joke not everyone who has a bet is going to jump off a bridge if they lose its ok to go a and drink Ur self to death though but place a few bets U got a gambling problem

Love nothing more than slating sites but have to say I love tote, it's hard enough to use at times and is missing many sports markets, but it does offer big potential wins off small stakes via syndicates and also good RTP on casino games

I opened an account on the promise of opening an account, depositing £5 to get £20 in so called free bets but not on the same day you made the deposit or the bet but credit later which was not clear on the account.
Having contacted customer service some time later to question we’re the credit was only to be informed that the was an expiry date on the on the credit then to be told it was in the TCs
They have made a gesture of good will but not honoured the agreement 😤
I’m a customer with other betting apps and never experienced any issues.
I suggest you do the same .
Having seen the Trustpilot score I can see now why it’s so low.
The one star is for the customer service person who responded to my email quickly.
Only to be failed by her senior manager in trying to resolve the problem.

Can't place bets between midnight and 8am. And when you do log in you just get constant reminders telling you how long you've been logged in for. Treating adults like they're children. Have given up on it

Trying to watch Cheltenham on my phone via their app and keep getting silly pop ups every few minutes about responsible gambling. Surely you can realise I'm not betting I'm just watching it?

Utterly ridiculous over the top monitoring in my opinion ruining the racing. I don't need to be told to Tote safely every few minutes when I'm not even gambling.. The way they act it's like I'm betting 1000s

id give it 0 stars if i could , type you in with a welcome offer they don’t pay out on , it stated £10 bet which i placed but they claim because it was a total bet of £10 and each way it doesn’t count , avoid , customer service is diabolical as well , wish i’d read reviews before joining

Shocking, joined up for the Cheltenham festival and get the offer, made the bet. NO OFFER!!!
Was on chat for over 2 hours, it was over 90 minutes before anyone even decided to speak.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I ONLY GAVE IT 1 STAR AS COULD NOT LEAVE ZERO!!!!!!!

Crying out loud with all the pop ups every few minutes telling me I've been online for x amount of minutes pretending to care. Give me a break

If you were that concerned you wouldn't have increased your minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount

Bet a placepot of favs - first race the joint fav won but my bet lost as my bet goes onto the lowest racecard number apparently- which was the losing joint fav!!!! Must go down as most unfair and illogical rule I’ve heard of.

Rule breakers re deposit limits. Deposited my limit but balance showed zero, so tried again, launched game and showed my deposit, played games and I didn’t notice until my bank showed 2 x payments. I went into history and seems both deposits were credited to my tote account, one of which meant I went over the deposit limit I set by 100%.

Contacted chat, said would investigate, then blocked my account so unable to login, chased via chat and told I would get an email, 1 month later no email, no apology, no refund of the 2nd deposit, and it’s only £25.

No doubt if I had won they would of refused to pay, like Corals did with a friend once, he went over his limit somehow, won several thousand and they would not pay him his winnings as from a deposit which should not of been allowed, instead refunded his deposit of £25.

At first you look at the reviews and think it’s just people that lost making some stuff up about the reviews but in this case their not , after really looking into Their odds on their fixed odds games ( slots, virtuals , games ) it is very very clear that they are not following the gambling commission rules with their odds and pay outs , they will reply to this saying it is but after seeing all of the reviews and then spending a long time looking at these games it’s very clear they are NOT , so please if you want go to a bookmaker that is following the correct rules and laws then go to one the top 5 and do not risk it with tote because they are a tote load of you know what , just to add customer service is so bad and would never apply any free bets or bonuses regardless of spending so another reason not to join, a report has been submitted to the bodies that oversee tote bet about their odds and I’m sure with who I have put the information to their should be an investigation very soon.
