Absolutely wonderful selection of tiles to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were also really nice people who we had a really nice chat with whilst waiting to pay for our tiles. It was a Saturday and they were about to close, but they allowed us to take our time, we didn't feel rushed and they both went out of their way to help. I believe they were Evelyn and Adam - thank you so much & we will be recommending you.

Having been left a couple of tiles short after buying a full bathroom worth of tiles from another supplier, Totnes Tiles came to the rescue by supplying me a single pack of tiles from stock and avoided a long delay in waiting for my original supplier to reorder from Italy. Lottie was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful in arranging for the tiles to be securely packaged for my courier to collect.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
We were able to find great quality products within our price range.
Will be our go to shop in the future.

What a choice of tiles and lovely showroom and staff.

After getting in touch with a builder we were given Totnes Tiles and Bathrooms as a supplier to assist with the planning of replacing our complete Bathroom.

Kath was amazing in helping us choose from a vast array of products that they have. Nothing was too much trouble, and helped choose alternatives when we had a slight change on some items.

We love our new Bathroom!

These guys know their stuff - looked everywhere for tiles and eventually found Totnes tiles and could not believe the choice. I wanted something slightly different and eventually found the look I wanted here. Ended up getting the bathroom tiles and bathroom suite as well from them which made everything super easy.

We began a renovation project in 2017 and finally (?) things are coming to a close now in 2021. A long and arduous journey which has most certainly been made so much easier with the help of Kathryn and Adam at Totnes Tiles. From the very first experience in the showroom back in 2017, to many visits since, fantastic customer service, fantastic range of products, fantastic product knowledge and a keen eye for colour & texture matching all the way up to our most recent and, I will never say final, order (but it could be... but it won't be!). Thank you Kathryn and Adam. You guys rock (literally)!

Well what can I say… I purchased my whole kitchen and bathroom from totnes tile and bathroom! The customer service was excellent!! They were able to help me decide on products and even suggested better options! Their knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for was impeccable. I even went back to purchase tiles for my porch. I am so pleased with the end results and so glad I chose them. Highly recommend them.

I've been visiting Katherine and Adam at Totnes Tiles for at least five years. They've helped and advised me throughout our extensive renovations, including our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and most recently our hallway. Nothing is too much trouble for them and both the bathroom fittings and tiles are top quality. I would absolutely recommend a visit!!

8 months to deliver 72 tiles. Delay mostly down to manufacture and import disruptions caused by C19 and Brexit BUT the poor management, unreliable communications, chaotic internal processes and inadequate, disrespectful customer service during that period belong totally to this shop. Several assured delivery dates passed unapologetically. We were billed “in error” 3 times for full delivery within that period and received zero pro-active updates from the shop without our initiation. Promised call-backs never happened on several occasions and we were made to feel unimportant and an inconvenient embarrassment. The final insult was having our honesty and integrity questioned in front of other customers in the shop about whether or not we could be relied upon to make full and final payment before releasing the last 12 tiles - knowing that 1 was broken and a replacement was on order with uncertain further delay! Meanwhile, our stripped out en-suite refurbishment has been untouched for the past 6 months with £K’s worth of new shower, sink, WC etc, etc all sitting in boxes at home and contractors long lost to other jobs. How could we recommend this? Never, ever again!

Great tiles and bathrooms - now also have kitchens which im sure will be just as good.

The staff at totnes tiles kitchens and bathrooms are a breath of fresh air. My new bathroom is amazing but what made me want to do this review is to thank them for all for all there time and attention they put into my new bathroom. They were all extremely knowledgeable but it was that combined with a true level of personal service that made everything such a pleasure. Thanks so much guys, (Adam, Graham & Kathryn - sorry i cant remember the other chaps name) "ill be back."
