The lady who was available was unfriendly, rushed me after 35 minutes even though I paid £100, and only made eye contact when we talked about money. This is purely my own experience, and personally, I can’t recommend it — not based on how I felt. First of all, I think she should work on her human interaction and the way she treats customers.

So I had a deep tissue massage from Hilary, and must say I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of service. I booked again and was given Natalya, and given the issue I had, Natalya changed the massage from deep tissue to sports massage, which I clearly didn’t know I needed, till well it started and eventually done. I’d highly recommend to be honest with your therapist and the treatment will be tailored for your needs. Brilliant service, and will continue to visit till my issues are sorted. Thank you Orient

Booked in last minute, from walking in the door to leaving, was treated like a queen nothing was too much. The premises are extremely clean and welcoming, staff very professional and friendly.
Was asked to fill in questionnaire prior to starting massage, throughout was informed , asked if OK and what I wanted.
Great experience, will definitely go again.

The best experience I’ve ever had in a massage parlour, since you walk in the atmosphere is very welcoming, the place is very clean and tidy
Before starting they’ll ask you some questions to see on which parts to focus more and if you have any discomfort to see if or how they can help you with it
The massage itself was perfect, they really know what they are doing, and they make you feel at ease and are very respectful, and on top of all this the prices are so good too!
10/10 you’ll see me again

Very good experience. I went for a deep tissue massage as I had a bad back. Without a doubt, it was a good choice because at the end of it I felt much better. The place is super cosy and clean. The super friendly staff make you welcome to the place. It was worth it and I will be back.

I frequently get massages done and I’ve been to quite a few spas in both Berkshire as well as the London area but I cannot recommend Touch of Orient enough.

The treatment list is varied and the quality of the massage is superb. But what I particularly like which I think differentiates them from other spas, is the attention to detail and the overall client experience which goes beyond ‘just getting a massage’. From the moment you are met at reception until the very end, the customer attention is superb, you feel very spoilt. Nothing like any other spa I’ve been to.

They truly put in a lot of effort in making the client feel comfortable and to ensure they get a true pampering experience.

The beautiful decoration and overall ambience also gives a very relaxing feel. The round cushioned headrest on the bed is a true perk I’ve never seen anywhere else. It’s the little things like this that are testament of a spa which offers high quality treatments. Not to mention the delicious tea list to choose from that are made with actual flower petals!!!

Honestly this place is insane, you need to check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently visited for a massage with my partner and was amazed by the quality of the whole experience. Not only was the massage amazing but also the treatment as soon as I walked in through the door.

They offered me a drink of my choice, gave me different scents to smell as well and asked me for any specific areas of the massage I wanted the therapist to focus on.

Honestly, the best massage we have ever had and the best experience. We did a couples massage and were able to do it in the same room as they have a double room for couples.
