I used the live chat function to ask about a product. This worked really well and Keith was very helpful and my questions were answered, leading me to purchase the item. I recently bought a Denon anniversary 110 amplifier and although it was a long wait to receive it (due to customs) Keith kept me updated with its progress through emails and phone calls. I am very pleased with the amplifier and goes beyond my expectations.

I initially approached Touchstone AV for some advice on M&K speakers. Keith was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. His advice was invaluable and we ended up buying most of the kit for our build from him. Very friendly customer service (which can be rare these days!!)

I found Keith to be extremely patient and helpful. We spent a couple of weeks trying to find the right TV and amplifier. He spent a lot of time researching the products. After numerous phone calls and emails from myself l decided not to purchase anything for the moment. Keith did not try to push me into buying anything it was more important for him to find the right product for me. I cannot thank Keith enough for all his efforts in helping me. I had been desperately searching for a part to replace a broken part to a projector wall bracket with no joy, I contacted Turnstone av, a chap called Oliver answered the phone, after a brief conversation he knew exactly what I required and within a week I had received it, great service from Oliver
