I’m new to the EV world and a total novice to home charging.
I needed a quick solution to the letter box issue and the granny charger.
Adrian at Tough Leads has been extremely helpful. Helping me get the right solution and responding to my questions.

I have done my first full charge last night and the equipment was excellent.

Great Product, pleased to have my remote fob for my extractor now. I was struggling with how to wire up but Adrian from Tough leads was a great help and managed to get it up and running.

Says what it says on the tin. Arrived promptly.

Asked for my "granny lead extender" to be delivered as quickly as possible as I am currently unable to home charge. The Cable came this morning by next day deliver (36 hours). The cable is high quality and well made, I highly recommend. Thank you for your super quick service.

Good quality product.

Bought a smart plug. Order came quickly with no issues. Only I realized the plug (shown as unbranded on the site) was slightly different than shown on the shop and I could find the same online at one third of the price. Not nice.

Just purchased a 5m blue type 2 charging cable. Quick delivery, fantastic product. Really good quality construction. Lead is quite thick but very flexible. Compared to other third party companies there is no comparison. Tough leads all the way! Thank you for a top quality product.

Very happy with ToughLeads (Adrian) who supplied a replacement 10m extension lead for my EVY granny charger after I initially ordered the wrong lead. At no extra charge so my EVY is now charging happily (if slowly) on the drive.

The Leads are perfect. Very well made to a very good quality and specification.
I know when it arrives it will plug and work.

Wow what can I say, absolutely just awesome!

I needed an extension to be able to use the granny charger lead that came with the new Tiguan R Line Hybrid until the Pod Point gets installed (no dates at time of this review)

I tried an existing extension lead which cut out at 14% charge and was really hot to the touch

Anyway after a bit of research found Tough Leads and after a few emails and ordered one (10m with inline safety) it came today (very quick delivery) and have to say wow wow wow just perfect!!!

The cars on charge and so far no issues so thanks again to Tough Leads

Well specified product, clearly explained and high quality. Given the high currents associated with car chargers, it's important to have something that can cope.

High quality product and good value. I haven’t used it yet but I’m confident that it will do the job.

Second (followup) review regarding purchase of Granny lead and RCD/timer extension. Granny lead works perfectly and is super robust - very pleased. Had a glitch with RCD - kept tripping. Adrian very responsive and concerned to sort out which he has now done by replacing one faulty unit. Local business to me so I was able to visit - impressed by knowledge, service and variety stock. Highly recommended.

A much more substantial and high quality product than I was expecting. Super value and service.
