The GOOD news: Shopify Bounced Tour&Tate.

As of yesterday, customers will see a CloudFlare Error page displaying "DNS Resolution Error 1001" instead of the Tour&Tate site or app.

Online searches reveal:
Non-existent Domain: A web request reached a Cloudflare IP for a domain not configured on their network (?!)

I've discovered that Cloudflare is used by all Shopify retailers, and all visitors to T&T will see the Cloudflare DNS Error page because Shopify removed Tour&Tate (obviously due to the steady stream of scam reports from angry customers).

Tour&Tate is not accessible. It looks like the thousands of negative feedback reports BEWARE—WARNING—SCAM have finally caught up with them.

The BAD news:
Getting a refund for an order that was never received may be very difficult.

I have initiated a charge-back with my bank, but who knows if the money for the order that was not received will ever be refunded.

— 28 February 2026 Tour&Tate notes"Item Not Yet Shipped".

— No reply from T&T on "Contact Us"/Help Request.

— No tracking number provided.

— Just another scammy, sketchy, dodgy, unscrupulous Shopify website. No big surprises there, but still...

So SICK of these scam websites, merchants, and sellers.

Update: 28 February

It's been a month now. Tour&Tate hasn't responded to help requests for the shipping carrier name and tracking number.

Nothing has been shipped + no reply for merchant = SCAM, SHAM SHOPIFY MERCHANT.

Shopify (and its long-term partner, Google) does nothing to weed out unscrupulous merchants bearing the "official Shopify" badge.

Scam merchants get away with this behaviour because no one holds them accountable. Why would Shopify boot tourandtate.com when they are getting their share of the plunder?!

*I take some of this back, but not all of it, since Shopify should have sacked Tour&Tate over a year ago.

I was susbcribed with no reason, no notification at all. Their cancellation and refund page always can't be loaded and my orders can't be tracked on its website. I emailed them over two times and no response received. No call contact way can be found. Their orders are whether at midnight or on Sunday when they are not working and it's impossible to be in touched with the staffs "within 2 hours". Now I feel like I'm in a scam and about to turn to legal helps.

Shocking service. Ordered an item in December - shipping and delivery times quoted as 3-6 business days. Still waiting 2 months later. Sent 5 messages to their customer support team - and on the first two occasions received what was clearly an automatic response, but itmade it clear it was too late to cancel the order or request a refund! Nothing since then in response to any contact.

I tried cancelling my order within a few hours from placement but no one would help

there was a promotion for five dollars you charged me 26 d0llaers and some change. Please cancel my order and my monthly subception credit my cred card . thank you for your time in this matter.

I ordered an item its been 3 months now and these people dont answer emails they are scammers

I ordered almost two months ago a trousers, still nothing received. They just said that they have an etiquette created and that's it. Until then no response to my mails. Don't buy anything, you will be scammed!!!

These people are drop shipping cheap chinese clothing from temu and rebranding it as high end clothes.

You can literally search via image and find the exact same clothes for more than half off.

They don't respond to emails, I issued a chargeback to get my money back.

I have now waited over TWO months for my order to arrive. I was assured a month ago that it wax ready and in transit but still no sign of it.
I am going to be forced to use Chargeback if Tour and Tate do not come up with it

After 1 month my order hasn't even left the shop. I write multiple times to customer service that at this point I no longer wish to receive my items. No response.

Negative experience. I had already purchased from this site in the past and the order arrived with a significant delay. On 27/01/2026, due to an unclear email, I found myself subscribed to a membership without being aware of it. It was not my intention to subscribe to any plan. I immediately contacted customer support to request the cancellation of the subscription and a refund, but to this day I have received no reply despite the emails I sent.
On top of these charges, they also added the purchase of a sweater I never ordered.
Lack of clarity, poor transparency, and absent customer service. I am truly disappointed. At the moment, I can only leave a negative review.

Ordered 3 months ago, still not recieved

ORDER 8416428 Passed 2 month now and the order is in shipped status ?
I have sent multiple emails and no one is answering!

I returned both orders exactly as instructed by the company and fully in compliance with their stated return policy. I possess complete evidence for every step, including detailed email correspondence, tracking numbers, and delivery screenshots proving that the returns were received. I also sent the company a comprehensive formal email outlining the entire case and demanding a refund.

Despite this, more than two months have passed without any refund being issued. This constitutes a clear violation of EU consumer protection law, which requires timely reimbursement once returned goods are received.

If the full refund is not credited to my account within 7 days, I will initiate legal proceedings in Munich without further notice and escalate the matter to the appropriate EU consumer protection authorities.

Ordered in nov, still not arrived - now not even responding to emails
Have ordered before and although took longer than expected was pleased with items.. now i feel like I’ve been scammed. Order 8417082 if anyone cares

these clegnuts charged my CC the item was supposed to come in 3 to 6 business day but it is still not there is 17 days. they lie, if the item comes at all, it will be by sea from china. i am going to file a cc dispute!!!!!

Still not here - ordered on 28.11.25

No response on order after 10 days even. Order created but no tracking link or email. They have not replied to any contact as well.

THIS IS A SCAM. Returns not possible and products are terrible.🤬😡🫩

I have no words. Is there any authority who supervises fake stores like this?
