Scammer

I ordered a 'free' pair of underwear from Tour&Tate, but they trapped me by activating a paid subscription without my consent. This is nothing but a scam. Although I received an email saying my order is 'on the way,' the tracking number doesn't work on their website and shows 'No Order Found.' I have sent over 50 emails and haven't received a single response. Stay away from this company—they are scammers!😡😡😡😡

SCAM

I saw an offer on Instagram for underwear with a subscription and the first month free. I placed the order, everything seemed fine, and I was waiting.

After some time, I woke up and saw an automatic charge 54£ from a new order (a shirt and underwear) that I did not place. I did not make this purchase.

The return links are not working. There is no option to cancel the subscription or the order either.

I came here and realized that I’ve been scammed. What a bunch of scammers.

Fraud experience.
I placed an order on 13 Feb for $3 and still havent gotten it.(Today is 21 Feb).

I was notified to another order on 15 Feb saying I paid $17.82 for the same items. This which I did not authorise at all. I have emailed them multiple times through their website, but did not receive any replies or updates throughout the week. Just their constant marketing emails

Fraudulent “Free Underwear” Scam

Fraudulent “Free Underwear” Scam – Charged €60 Without Clear Consent

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience.

I saw a paid advertisement from this company on Instagram promoting “free underwear.”

The ad appeared directly in my feed and claimed that the first pair would be free. Based on that representation, I placed an order.

However, without clear and explicit consent, and without any direct notification, €60 was withdrawn from my bank account.

There was no transparent explanation at the time of purchase that I was signing up for a subscription or authorizing recurring charges. The marketing is intentionally misleading and designed to make consumers believe the product is free, when in reality it is tied to hidden charges.

This is deceptive advertising. It is not “free underwear”, it is a subscription trap disguised as a promotion.

The business model relies on aggressive Instagram ads and fine-print tactics that most consumers will not reasonably notice.
That is not ethical marketing.

I strongly advise others to read every single detail before entering their payment information.
In my opinion, this is a highly untrustworthy company using professional-looking marketing to execute what feels like a scam.

Be extremely cautious.

Scam with nice marketing

A company that deletes Instagram comments because all they get is disgruntled customers venting. Been a month since my 2-4 day order was placed. Items don't arrive, customer service don't reply.

Complete scam artists. Buyer beware!!!

This is a completely fake scamming company. Do not order from them. They do not answer emails regarding your order. They have an office in London but no way of contacting them other than via email which they completely ignore. They’re making thousands off people believing it’s a legit company. They don’t have any directors or anything listed in companies house. I ordered trousers in the 29th November last update was on 12th December saying they were being prepared for shipping. Since then radio silence. Complete scam company.
