placed an order on feb 14, 2026. at completion of order online said they would email an order confirmation number. No email ever arrived but credit card was charged the cost of the order on Feb 15. Can not follow up on order status online as I have no order number and the company is unresponsive to email requests.

Very poor experience — no clothes delivered & no customer service
After I ordered and paid, I received a small free present a few days later — but that’s the only thing I got. One month later, I still haven’t received my clothes, nor a reply to my emails. Also my request for a refund has been ignored. I have had no response and no service at all.
I’m left with the impression that Tour and Tate may be handling products from overseas (China) with no real customer support — I can’t recommend buying from them.
