Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Ordered on 3rd March and still nothing has arrived. They also added an item to my order that I didn’t choose, increasing the price without my consent.
No proper response from customer service either. Now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.
Avoid.

Scammed via a social media advert. Website looked legit but after placing the order I couldn't contact customer service or find any tracking. 2 months later - website is gone. I'm chasing AMEX for refund support.

Been a month no order no reply I think it just a fake website front looking at the reviews

What a ridiculous service—scammers. No one should fall for their marketing or website. To everyone here, I will take down their website.

Overcharged and no customer support response. We've got to locate these people and deal with them upfront.

Do not buy anything from this company
They will either ignore you or send you the wrong garments and take your money.

Firstly, they offered boxers for free and after, it was only the shipping fees needed to paid. Then they cut very unexpected amount out of my account.

Worst company placed an order and in two days they made another ordsr of 53£ without warning and took money overtwo weeks and still no refund despit asking many times and still order not shipped as well so i can resend it and refund

DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY I paid for boots early december still don't have them 4 months later despite it saying a delivery date of 5 working days, and customer service has ghosted me with no sign of a refund.

I ordered my jumper like 4 weeks ago and it was meant to come weeks ago and i’ve had no emails about it and no ones replied to any of mine

Should be 0 stars. They are a scam site they will not send you anything and they purposely make it to where you can’t manage your subscription to cancel. We should honestly start a class action lawsuit against them.

Don’t buy! They don’t send, they don’t answer they give zero feedback and they don’t care about clients

Customer service doesn't reply. They constantly charge the amount but don't send any product.

I ordered a pair of pants in november and after 4 months I still haven't recieved it and they are not replying to my mails. I don't know if it is a scam or if their customer service is awful but in any case better not risk it buying from them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Paid $120 and have not received my items. It’s been 5 months. They don’t answer customer service requests, DMs, reviews, emails, or social media comments. Seen hundreds of other reviews and disappointed customers.
