I call 5 times to change my flight 4…
I call 5 times to change my flight 4 people hung up the phone on me because I could not afford the price that they were offering to change my flight I spoke with Mr Russell and explained to him what was going on he tried everything he could possibly tried to help me and was able to accommodate me. He was very patient and helpful I didn't even feel like I was on the phone for over an hour with him even though he kept apologizing for the wait. I wanted to give a very special thanks to him for taking the time to explain things to me and for helping me in my time of need.
