Rodney was excellent! We were stranded in Denver 2 days after Christmas when all flights were cancelled. Rodney was really good. He searched all possible routes to find us a way back home. It was a really pleasant experience to work with him. Everyone is so stressed with a holiday flight cancellation and Rodney worked diligently and kindly. We would definitely use this service again,
