Soon after arriving on site our Dometic fridge stopped working during a heatwave. The whole site then lost electric power owing to a widespread powercut. Fridge went into meltdown.
Called Tourmotion, and James agreed to get to us within the hour, which he did. He fully stripped down the rear of the fridge, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and carried out a full gas pressure test.
I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill and highly recommend him.

We arrived on site at 1pm. We had an issue with our electrical system. One call to James and within 4 hours he had collected a new power supply (just in case) arrived on site. Tested solar panel and battery, found the fault was power supply unit, which he replaced. What fantastic service and a really nice guy as well. Thanks James.

Had an issue with my cruise controll and 3 way fridge and spoke to James regarding this and he went above and beyond to fit me in despite being really busy trying to sort his new unit out on Yalberton estate and fixing other people’s vehicles and sorted both issues out while I waited . Was extremely helpful and obliging and certainly didn’t overcharge and was extremely knowledgeable . Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone keep up the good work James well done

James spent a lot of time diagnosing a complex problem with our 13 year old caravan and solved it. He was so good would definitely use again.

I would like to say how professional, knowledgeable and friendly James is. I had a major problem with my caravan brakes, which needed a complete renewal of my brake shoes and drums. James came out to site that evening and assessed the problem straight away. As it was Easter bank holiday no suppliers were open til Tuesday morning. James sourced the drums and shoes and fitted them on the Tuesday afternoon. I can’t emphasise how professional he is. I am so grateful for his hard work and attitude, which got me out of a serious situation.

Yesterday James replaced my out of date LPG Cylinders and Hoses. He did a first class job and I highly recommend him. He pays attention to detail and I cannot fault his workmanship.

My blinds were faulty and needed replacement and fitting. James did a first class job dealing with Autotrail is not the easiest but James took care of getting replacements and fitting under warranty.
I will definitely be using Tourmotion again.

There is nothing James doesn't seem to know and covers both the mechanical and habitation side of vehicles. We have used him to resolve issues with our water pump, install a new fridge and carry out a habitation check. He is mobile so will come to you. Excellent workmanship, prompt response and great service.

Absolutely fabulous service ..Hitchlock bolts totally snapped ..James arrived within hours of our call...a sunday I might add at 6pm that man was good enough to turn out ..fully repaired and fitted back on within 24 hours ..super fast very efficient service and very reasonably priced . Exerllent response first phone call Monday morning, James came out straight away, on way to another job James diagnosed problem, and new part was arranged for that day he returned at 7pm to repair my indicator relay switch that powered caravan so I could travell 280 mile home with all lights working,would recommend James of Tourmotion to anybody very reasonable priced exerllent service thank you again James

I had a problem with leaks from the skylight on my Hymer Motorhome. James arrived, assessed and set about a full repair diligently and quickly.He removed, cleaned, resealed and reseated it using the best materials. His pleasant nature and quality work ethic does him proud.i fully recommend him and wont hesitate to invite him to do any work for me in the future.

This is very unusual - I don’t usually do reviews, I save them for those with a unique selling point. James reacts quickly to enquiries, is efficient, thorough,and what he doesn’t know he researches and then solves the problem. A rare find, support him with confidence.

The Alde heating system on my motorhome required the fluid changing as it is now 5 years old.
I phoned James at Tourmotion and left a message on his answer machine. The next day he phoned back to say he could do the work but would need to get a more powerful pump to flush the old coolant out, flush with water, and then fill with new coolant.
We arranged a date and he completed the job but need to replace some clips so he came back to replace the clips and also checked the system to make sure there was no air trapped.
I am an engineer myself and I have to say he was so professional and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone who requires work done on there motorhome or caravan and will certainly be using him again in the future.

I would love to give James more than 5 stars, he is exceptional. He came to sort out one repair and by chance spotted something that should have been addressed by our dealer. He turned around went to his van, found the parts we needed and solved the problem there and then. Pretty exceptional service in our book. We cannot recommend James enough, a thoroughly nice chap to have around and a brilliant engineer. Thank you

James did our motorhome habitation check and I would defiantly recommend him he spent over 4 hours checking everything very helpful and didn't mind explaining how things worked in a friendly manner. I found him also very reasonably priced and I didn't have to wait too long for him to come out to do the check I will definitely be using him again finally found some one I can trust to do the job properly

More superb service from James who managed to find the fault on our fridge that the main dealer couldn’t find. Can’t recommend him enough….excellent
