We had a problem with our water pump and James came to fix it, he replaced the pump with a new one but then found there was a strange noise coming from somewhere. He didn't give up until he found the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job going above and beyond to sort the problem for us. He is a very nice man and we will definitely be using his services again. Would definitely recommend his services.

Was able to come out, with the required ordered parts, within 36 hrs of the initial call.
Confirmed the problem, and rectified it, within 90-minutes.

Prompt and friendly answer on first call. Able to visit for assessment of problem within a couple of hours. James arrived on time diagnosing and solving the leaking water problem (connectors) immediately. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently, plus an extra job on fitting and connecting a shower tap unit. Excellent value for money and will be first call should I require his help in the future.

What a nice friendly service ,from a very knowledgeable highly experienced technician !! James went over the extra mile to make sure our caravan was at least usable - thanks mate !!

Great service once again from James, replacing a broken water tank sensor.

Having smelt gas and with a holiday booked, I was delighted with how accommodating James was.
He arranged to come to us the following day and carried out an inspection.
Having diagnosed the fault he arranged a replacement part and fitted it the following week with the assurance that if there are any further problems to get in touch.

I used James for the 1st time as recommended by a friend and i will be using again for all my servicing,hab-checks and repairs. Excellent service and efficient repair made to my Motorhome.
