They deceive people with their promotional materials. I bought a trip to the Phi Phi Islands on a See Angel Gold class vessel. The package included a tour of the Viking Cave and a tour of the smaller islands, but we didn't see anything they promised. The description also mentioned seeing the Viking Cave while passing by a kilometer away, which is a scam.

While we are disappointed you feel deceived, we must state clearly that the full and detailed itinerary for this specific vessel is published on our website and is available to all customers before booking. The itinerary explicitly confirms that due to the size and type of the large ferry (See Angel Gold Class), stops at locations like the Viking Cave are conducted as "sightseeing/photo opportunities from a safe distance." It is physically impossible for a vessel of this size to navigate into the cave.
We take our obligations seriously and maintain transparent policies. The responsibility lies with the customer to read and understand the confirmed itinerary and the type of vessel they are booking. Had you reviewed the details, your expectations would have been aligned with the physical capabilities of a ferry and the service provided.

The transfer from the hotel was on time and clean, the guides were a lot of fun and really helpful. It was great to have cold drinks on the boat as it was really hot. Lunch was provided and was buffet style, so something for everyone.

Best price we found when enquiring about ATV tours, did think we may have been scammed as the pickup driver was really late. The tour was the same that others in our group had paid way more for.
