mr cheng is the best tour guide and the driver is a very good driver and i fell very safe

This was a very well organised tour of the Rockies. We saw a tremendous amount. The guides were all excellent.

An all round great.7 days. Accommodation was great, tour guide Daniel and driver Gong excellent, made the trip both entertaining and highly informative. Make up of the group contributed to a warm and friendly interactive experience - Vietnamese, Filipino, Asian, Canadian, British, Ruropean, American and Chinese - just fabulous people. Tspecialty dinner in Quebec City was wonderful - what a great meal - true Quebec cuisine.

I was a little worried about the group size, but travelling with a large group was alright in the end. It was easy to ask the guide questions and we got to know the other people in our group too.

Over all trip was great.
Hotel were excellent, guides were really good.
Places covered are also excellent.
Only thing they have to be clear in mention the mandatory cost per day.

I enjoyed our 4 days trip to the Great Smoky Mountains and New River Gorge National Park. Luray Caverns is amazing, as well the Skyline drive in Shenandoah National park. Sammy Chan our tour guide and driver Gary are both very professional. We were only 13 passengers but wish they send a bigger van/bus for the long trip.

The food options on the tours are a bit limited sometimes, but the guides always have great recommendations for where to go eat on your own. It's a nice balance.

Harry was a great guid to the Canadian Rockies. Harry was a wonderful . We would do it again. We got to see beautiful places and meet new people. Thank you .

The tour guides are the real MVPs. Our guide in Germany was this sweet lady named Pam. She knew all the best spots for photos and even helped us find a good place for some authentic street food.

Positives
▪ The tour guide messaged the group (those who actually booked the tour) about two days before the trip to let us know when to arrive at the hotel in the morning to start the tour and the color of the van and the license plate. Since it was a small group of us we were in a sprinter van.
▪ The tour started on-time each day and without hassle.
▪ The tour guide Jacob was great. He was friendly and informative about the area and sights, but did not talk the entire drive.
▪ We got to see all of the sights listed on the itinerary.

Keep in Mind
▪ We ended each day late (expect for the final day, which ended early) around 9:00pm because of traffic so we were always having dinner late.
▪ We stayed at the Yellowstone Country Inn. While the hotel is not great it is satisfactory. It is equivalent to a Motel 6. I was expecting much worse so I was pleasantly surprised. However, the hotel does not offer breakfast.

The only suggestion I would make to Jacob is to take travelers to a viewing spot of Yellowstone Falls so that we can get a view directly in front of the waterfall instead of on top of it.

All in all, I would definitely suggest this tour to anyone interested in taking a tour of Yellowstone.

The tours are so well-organized. We went to Banff and everything was on schedule. We never felt like we were waiting around or wasting time. The whole experience was just seamless from start to finish.

Overall the tour was very good. However I’m not sure the meal package was value for money. The first meal was not very good or the French experience meal as there was no option. The rest of the tour experience and guides and drivers were very good

The Hotel is great, the tour in Las Vegas and Grand Canyon and Antelope was excellent. Great to have joined the tour. Thank you.

We had a great experience and fun tour. We visited so many incredible places, and our guide Galen was a true expert who was also incredibly friendly and approachable. This was a flawless trip, and I've already recommended them to all.

This tour was fantastic. We visited all the planned places. We had enough time for lunch or free time.

Our driver and guide , Yang , was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He spoke excellent English. He was always at the car on time. We felt safe and cared for.It was pleasure to spend time with such a person.

Unfortunately the hotel where the guide was supposed to pick me up ( Clarion Inn 5575 West Amelia Earhart DR - Salt Like City) is run by people from India who do not treat all hotel guest equally.I was ignored in a restaurant where they didn't even want to take my order , after returning from the tour they lied to me that my room which I occupied before the trip was occupied but it was free. The hotel staff is prejudiced and negative towards , a white woman traveling alone. This is discrimination , racism and disrespect. I believe that your company should not use the services of a hotel that clearly classifies hotel guests on race and gender.

These are scammers. My flight was cancelled at last moment and I asked to reschedule the trip which they did not.
Upon refund they deducted 60% of amount (which is expected as per their policy) but they also deducted amount on the optional amount payment (which was paid by me during booking).
On top of that there was no proper channel of communication and most of their representative was uneducated on the policy. Please avoid booking these scammers, i wouldnt recommend this to anyone
