Car has been leaking water since towbar was fitted, when I tried to contact them about this I got no response.

John's just fitted our new towbar and have to say he was extremely helpful and professional. The conditions were awful but that still didn't stop him. Would thoroughly recommend the company and John and would definitely use them again. 👍

Booked in with towbar2u which was the cheapest quote by nearly £100 in the area Received a phone call to see if they could bring my appointment a day forward which i was happy with John arrived before the appointment time and was swiftly into action despite the severe weather and was great to deal with very professional and polite really happy with the service and product I would highly recommend thankyou.

Super service, arrived and fitted exactly as planned. Even better than that, Witter only provided cables for 7pin but Gordon fitted 13 pin wiring and didn't charge us for his time. Highly recommended.

This is the second tow bar fitted by this company and the service has always been first rate. John the fitter was very helpful and friendly and did a professional job on my Golf GTI and later my Macan. I would not hesitate to recommend them again. The cost was fair and the service prompt.

I travelled from Edinburgh in my Motorhome. I uplifted my new tow car and A Frame. The service was ultra professional and I got a very informed guide to using the A Frame from Ben. Although I arrived a day early I was accommodated and job completed in less than 2 hours. Fantastic service, fantastic tow car and fantastic A Frame. Would absolutely recommend. Well worth the trip. Thanks to you all.

Had a bad experience from one of the driver's going to HULL last week, I indicated to pull out lots of room. photographed him. Think i will be splashing it everywhere.

Idiot comes speeding to the back of my car the cuts me up when the lane in front was empty and the 3rd lane of the motorway free.

Judging them on they aggression on the road only the customers will know how aggressive they are with them. (I WOULD NEVER USE THEM)
probably get punched if you had a complaint (NASTY)

I have used Towbar2u on two occasions. The first time the fitter dropped our rear light cluster, cracking it. They replaced it with a second hand one but even then they were just going to drop it off for me to fit! After a call they did eventually come and fit it. The second time I needed electrics fitted on a LandRover (so I thought) turns out it already had electrics fitted behind a panel out of sight. Instead of asking (as the experts) if I had looked in the first place, they sent a fitter out and charged me £55 + VAT to tell me it had electrics already. Best thing is, the fitter didn’t even have the electric leads with him. He asked if I’d had them delivered!? Would definitely not recommend this company. Fiasco from start to finish.
