Most paperwork is done over the phone, once you there, they will tell you in detail what you're signing. I have never had a problem with this company. I'm in and out in 10 minutes or less.

Quick and easy
Tower has always been helpful if I needed anything. I was having a bit of a hard time paying them this month so they deferred the payment and got me an extra bit of money. Quick and easy, in and out.

Misleading information
I was led to believe I would be eligible for an amount a lot more than I received. It was only after I came in to do the paperwork that I found out the information was incorrect.
