I was happy with how easy the website…

I was happy with how easy the website was to operate. All I'm hoping for now is that my product arrives ASAP so I can get it installed before I have to leave to go south next week. I payed for expedited shipping so I hope it's here in a few days

Excellent Communication

I just received my order today. The communication from TowUniverse was excellent. They let me know when my order shipped and provided a tracking number. They also let me know when it was delivered. The whole process was a good experience! I would order from them again.

Great Grill Guard

The grill guard fit perfectly, and I’m very pleased with that. They even provided the 5% discount that I missed due to my own error.
The only issue was with the tracking information. Tow Universe provided a tracking number, but did not provide the shipper name. This made it difficult be confident in the delivery because the package was a couple days late. I missed having my son‘s birthday gift arrive on time. Overall, the transaction was good.
