My order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. Very impressed. The instructions at first are a little daunting, but actually worked out really well. The step by step pictures were excellent. It did take 2 people to put the toy box together, but it went well.

The side panel was warped and does not fit. It makes it impossible to fit the bottom panel to the rest of the toy box. Not our lucky day!
