Excellent service - good prices and very quick delivery

Found this shop by accident but been in several times now and bought a fair few funko pops, guys are great friendly and helpful definitely give it a visit if your in the area.

Absolutely brilliant service my orders ( bags) arrived well packed and well within delivery times. Kept in touch with me with updates. Will shop with toyhut again,I'm very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Went into store and gentleman ordered my item for me to be delivered to store. Once it arrived he drove to my home to hand deliver as he didn't want it to get broken if sent by post. Top class service

Seems a common theme in these reviews and seems i have now experienced the same today. Me and my partner have spent so much in this shop and have given it so much of our custom and yet today I have gone in to return 3 POP characters as we bought the wrong ones two days ago. Two days ago!!!! Granted I did not have the receipt but the price tags were still on and they have not been touched. I didn’t even want my money back just to swap or get credit for the store. The female who works there was the one who sold them to us. I entered the shop and said “I wonder if you can help me” and his reply was “no”. Haha proper funny! So I continued despite this comment.. and explained the situation. Before I even finished me sentence he point black just said “no”. Didn’t even see the items and wasn’t interested. He didn’t even say “sorry, no”. Just point black abrupt no.

They’re quick to take your money but not quick to help. Shame as we won’t be back.

Lovely customer service at Christmas

The staff are really helpful the shop is stocked with fabulous products you really have to visit there. This time I bought on line the items where well packed and delivered very quickly thank you to all of the staff excellent service.

1 star is generous iv bought loads from this shop spending over £200 and last week I got a crystal off them whitch was broken but I didn't realise till I was home and couldn't get back bit I thought he knows me well enough to know I wouldn't con him but point blank said no it's my fault very rude after all the purchases I've had on the way out people said he was out of order and thay had had a similar issue. Says on his website 14 day returns if unhappy but that's obviously rubbish AVOID PEOPLE!!
