Less than one star ! I ordered 2 dolls for my little Granddaughters. I waited over 2 weeks and emailed them for updates. These updates were vague. Week 3 my order finally arrived - Only 1 doll !!! I emailed the company again, however this time no reply. I would NEVER order again from Toy Hut UK Ltd.

Need to return the item as it was an action figure I required not a funko pop. Have asked you for return details several occasions, no reply?..

I found this website while looking for a specific loungefly bag.

I was sceptical of how good a price it was on the website so I checked the reviews on here and as it was so positive decided to order the bag.

The bag was 100% legit, packaged really well and was delivered quickly by DPD and I was given order updates throughout.

I would definitely recommend.

I was a little dubious at first. I was looking for (at the time) almost impossible to find Funko pops. I found them on the Toy Hut website. I’m not local to the store and questioned how trustworthy the site was. I looked on here, and decided to take the chance. I got to check out with Shop Pay which was reassuring. The seller communication was fantastic and I received emails to confirm my order and when it was dispatched. I could also track the whole process in the ‘Shop’ app. All funkos arrived (using DPD) so well packaged and protected, and within a week. Honestly, I cannot recommend Toy Hut enough.

We saw this when shopping in Bury today, friendly owner store is 2 weeks old in Bury so still settling in. But There was a good range products, And we walked away with several full bags.

Prices are spot on, So would happily shop again and very approachable if you are looking for something specific

Myself and my partner Leigh-Anne have been visiting the Toy Hut on our search for all things Pokémon for the best part of half a year and it’s always been a pleasure, with incredibly friendly staff and great quality products at competitive prices. Today we popped in and got to see the new storefront and the selection is incredible! Not had a chance to try their online store, but if you’re ever in the neighbourhood, pop in and say hello to the team!

The Toy Hut had exactly what my daughter was after, and at a great price.

It was easy to order and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. The item ( Spekter Deddy Bear) arrived on schedule and was very well packaged.
