I always get a notification from my bank were toyzone deduct money from my account. I have never bought anything from toyzone but my money keeps being deducted. The first time i had money in my account and R170. 05 was deducted, so i now move my money out of main account to avoid such. Just today again i get a notification that toyzone tried to deduct but failed due to insufficient money. And they always happen at night this transaction. Toyzone kindly assist with this issue

I believed I was purchasing an Amazon mystery box, when I went to pay....the transaction was defaulted to Toyzone site, which I didn't realize and £2 was deducted frm my account, then a couple of days later Toyzone tried to deduct a further £7 frm my account. Thankfully I didn't have sufficient funds in my active banking account and the transaction did not ho through. I have now cancelled my card and reported them to my bank as a fraudulent/scamming company! Shocking! - this is so damn annoying! - they seemed to operate under the facade of Amazon!!!!!

I didn't get the items I was looking for and the they were always deducting my money. That's made me to have a bad experience about Toyzoneclub.Therefore I will expect refund as soon as possible.

Followed up to make sure I was clear with the clarifications given.

Josh of toyzoneclub emailed me and responded to my concern immediately. They even told me that I can have a full refund on that whole membership amount that was deducted from my bank account and I really felt relieved. Thank you so much Josh for your fast replies you have a wonderful customer service. I'll be patiently waiting.

I didn't went through any experiences on the toyzoneclub seriously but as far as my experiences go is the calls for updates of refunding its really really a good feelling of hospitality really great I would've go a long way with toyzoneclub in the mean time.
