After a stressful 3 days of no wifi

After a stressful 3 days of no wifi, the family was not happy. I tried everything with the service provider and TP Link - going back and forth for 2 days until the third day Rosalind Liu helped me to reset and set up our XE75 modem. She was patient, paused often and made sure I fully understood. Her unwavering guidance and support ensured that after an hour it was finally sorted and up and running. you’re a star Rosalind!

Simple instructions and easy to follow. They gave me solutions to internet connectivity issues. Thank you to Ivan who helped me for what felt like an eternity of hell with no internet. He has made this 67-year old single grandpa a happy man again just in time for my footy game

Great support 3 years after purchase

I switched from conventional internet to fiber today and had problem getting my Deco TP-Link mesh router to work in router mode. It was a simple issue; I was running ethernet from the new fiber ONT (optical network terminal) to my switch and then everything else into the switch. I simply needed to run directly from the new router to my TP-Link instead. Even though I've had this router for 3 years, it is great to be able to get knowledgeable support with one call. That is becoming more unusual and I appreciate Iris's assistance and TP-Link's commitment to customers!

Great customer service given

Great customer service given, answered my query regarding my faulty camera straight away with no problem. Advisor asked a few questions and then checked on what could be done to resolve it professionally and put my mind at rest with my family’s safety while I’m at work. I am really happy that I chose Tapo for my cameras as they have been a great firm and always put their customers first.

WiFi adaptor issues solved by incredible Customer Support

After having just purchased a WiFi adapter for a new PC, I was having issues with installing it and getting it to work. Support agent Glenn could not have been more helpful and patient, going the extra mile in making sure they could see every issue I was having after being unable to send screenshots via the chat. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow and they were friendly yet professional the entire time. After an hour of troubleshooting the issue was at last resolved and I was pleased to find I was connected with the increased speeds as promised by the product. Impeccable customer service, if you're worried about complications installing one their products their team WILL get you going if you encounter any obstacles.

Bottom line the unit was faulty / amazon response send the whole thing back !!
Purchased NEW Deco P9 easy installation and working without any issue.

Excellent service by Mirei

Mirei's customer service helped me set up and fix my MB230-4G router so that it worked with my fiber broadband. Her instructions were clear and even when I ran into technical difficulties during the process she instantly understood the problem and gave me a solution. I'm very happy with her support!
