Stress free service !

I had a problem with my robot , i did troubleshooting but didn't work as needed, spoke to Glenn from customer service and she offered my a replacement immediately after we checked all troubleshooting options. That was outstanding service !

Glenn was great in trying to help me get my network sorted. Answered a barrage of questions and gave useful advice to get the initial problem I was having sorted, and then helped log it all so it was ready to assist further if the problem isn’t fixed long term. Great service

Latest firmware version...

Agent Bryant Chacon answered my query straight away as I was directed to UK site for firmware that hadn't been uploaded yet. Bryant provided the correct link to allow me to review the changes to the portal software before applying the latest firmware for my router model.

Bryant from TP-Link was absolutely…

Bryant from TP-Link was absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my Deco P9 satellites which were showing offline in my Deco App despite them all working and all my devices connecting to them.

Bryant patiently guided me through some suggestions which now seems to have fixed my issue I was experiencing.

I hope it's a permanent fix otherwise will be back onto TP-Link chat/email.

Bryant otherwise was clear and consistent and provided excellent service.

Well done Bryant.

Fast resolution of my TP-Link WiFi…

Fast resolution of my TP-Link WiFi extender issue. Bryant quickly helped me resolve an issue caused by the Tether iOS app incorrectly prompting me to add underscores to my device password. Then he stayed on the line to ensure the connection was set up successfully. My only constructive feedback would be for TP-Link to resolve the confusing password setup error prompt in the Tether app.
