We previously opted for another supplier's "budget-friendly" generic-sized elements for our products, only to encounter persistent issues with premature failures at the juncture of the cold ends and the heating components within a few months. Frustrated by the recurring problems, I reached out to TP Fay, recalling their successful completion of other element projects for us in the past.

The TP Fay team not only addressed our concerns but also proposed an enhanced design that not only fit more seamlessly but also presented a significantly more professional appearance. While it's true that these bespoke elements come with a higher price tag compared to the generic alternatives, the investment has proven worthwhile. Since transitioning to TP Fay's elements, we haven't experienced a single callout due to a failed element—underscoring the realisation that the initially cheaper elements were, in fact, a false economy and a waste of time.

We repair and look after fast food restaurants/eaterys.
We had a subway customer that needed an element for their hotwell, the hotwell was no longer in production with no replacement spare parts available and as this stores is built into the front counter, it would have been very costly for the customer to replace.

We taken the old element to TPFay and they managed to make us a new one with a quicker turnaround than we imagined!

Customer was very happy with not having to replace the full counter and was even more happy with the turnaround!

Been using TPFay for good couple of years with no issues, they are very helpful and knowledgeable with the elements.

We needed a big heating element for a brewery copper. David designed, configured and supplied the part which is far superior to the orignal equipment.
His advice about heat dissipation on the contact surface has made our beer better by reducing Maillard products in the wort.

Was able to order the elements required for our smoker. The lead time was very good and delivered when stated

TPFay were able to manufacture and provide an obsolete Zanussi range cooker element. To help i sent them the old element to use as a template. The E2E experience was excellent.

Had trouble finding some elements for my bki hot counter , spoke to David at TK Fay within 10 minutes he had the exact element matched up and sent me the drawing to confirm . Communication from start to finish, elements arrived when stated Even phoned then for some information regarding the elements which was quickly answered. Would recommend this company and I will certainly be using them in the future.
