i was looking for a company that would…

i was looking for a company that would upgrade my sony bdp-s1700 blu ray player to multi region,i am so glad i did as they have done the job perfectly ,if anyone i know wants the same done i will definitly recomend tps as they were brilliant i order the upgrade on the4-4-2026 and it was collected by courier on the 7th of april and it was delivered back to me on the 10th

The perfect service from the perfect signal.

The customer service these guys offer is second to none. They did a great upgrade on my Blu-ray player so plays all region discs and that is perfect. Had an issue with 4K disc playback red. A load of stuff online that talked about discs and plastic case off gassing. Peter cut through the noise and told me to change my HDMI cable before purchasing a new player.
To my surprise this fixed my problem. I would have never have put it down to a cable as it was playing blu-rays perfectly.

Panasonic ub9000

Absolutely astounding customer service I would have no problem using this service in the future. Purchased a Panasonic Ub 9000 multi region player extremely well built and a silent running. I’m not the best of health and Peter managed to put me at ease and dealt with everything. I would recommend them to anybody anytime.

5 star company with competitive pricing

5 star company with competitive pricing and great, personal service. I purchased a professionally chip-modified Panasonic DP-UB820 multiregion bluray player from this british company, since we don't have any companies who do professional modifying of bluray players here in Norway. The player is functioning 100% as pre described, and it is a real good feeling to not any more be in the need of thinking about regions when buying discs. So easy and user friendly way og changing region with the remote. Top notch, thumbs up👍

Highly Recommended

I previously ordered a multi region blu ray player from TPS, and almost 7 years later it is still going strong. Five years ago I also bought myself a 2nd hand Panasonic 4k player that has been reliable. I decided to get the same 4k player again but a multi region version so I could free up an hdmi slot. Because of previous good experience I chose TPS for this, they had some grade A stock listed and replied very quickly to my email regarding the condition of these. I placed the order mid afternoon, also getting a free 4k disc and I chose to upgrade the remote. The player was delivered by Royal Mail the following morning, much quicker than I expected. I have quickly tried region A and B blu rays and these loaded ok, it has also played a few 4k discs with no issues. Even with the grade A players they still offer a 3 year warranty in case anything should go wrong. I highly recommend this company.

I usually can't be bothered with reviews

I usually can't be bothered with reviews but the service I received from TPS was exceptional. I had a problem with a multi-region 4K player, returned it and TPS replaced it. The new machine is superb. Cummunication was via WhatsApp and I was kept in touch all through the process. Who could ask for more?

This is not just a 5 star review

This is not just a 5 star review; it is a TPS 5 star review. Could not ask for more; the way the company accepted ownership of the problem. We had an issue, tried a couple of fixes, spoke to TPS, another fix…all without success. TPS requested box return, to either fix or replace. Reset the box(I'd tried but…): it worked; phone call, returned, and domestic harmony improved. I make an issue over recommending companies; not in this case. Would leave my Grandchildren with them★. Thank you TPS.

Exceptional service

I rarely leave reviews for companies but I feel compelled to do so after my recent experience with TPS.

I bought a high end Panasonic OLED TV just over 6 years ago. I chose TPS because it was a great price but also offered an extended warranty (which I honestly never expected to need). My TV developed a fault around a month ago and I was fully expecting to spend another couple of £thousand to replace it. I then recalled the warranty!

I half expected that TPS would find a way out of the warranty - I couldn’t have been more mistaken. From the moment I contacted Peter the service has been nothing short of exceptional. They liaised with Panasonic to diagnose the full, arranged the replacement under the TPS warranty, never once tried to get out of their obligations and were an absolute joy to deal with.

I’m sure all of us are dubious when we see only 5 star reviews, but it’s simply because TPS and Peter in particular are actually 5 star reviews

Sony multi region upgrade

Upgraded a Sony player to multi region. Was shipped, upgraded, and returned within 3 days. Works a treat and the team were helpful/communicative. Would highly recommend

Great 4K player, even better service..

I bought a Panasonic DP-UB9000 from TPS, have had a great experience from them. They have been very helpful and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Amazing 4K player, but even better service. I’d highly recommend.

Excellent service from TPS

Excellent service from TPS. Region free software works flawlessly. Great warranty support as well. My disc tray and laser were failing on my UB9000 over a year after purchase, and they repaired and returned it swiftly without any contest. Highly recommend.

TPS - Super company to deal with!

I have not dealt with this company before, but was really pleased that I made the choice. Blu-ray player was great value with the options I needed. Delivery was super-fast and well packaged. I will definitely use again and recommend to all prospective buyers as a great company to deal with.

Genuine Panasonic TV remote

This TV remote was an exact replacement for the origonal one supplied with the TV, the dog got hold off it and destroyed it. All the buttons were the same so for my elderly parents I was a godsend. The item arrived on time, so if we need another I know we will buy from them again. Thank you to a trusted team.
