Every time anyone adds a data card to…

Every time anyone adds a data card to their account either data from your pay as you go account disappear and than data from your regular account disappear ,when you call them them they lie to you even though you have screen shots of your data before and after you added data ,they can,t add and do not know simple math.they tell you either you left your data on or they moved data from your pay as you go account and than try telling you that you did not loose it but can not add and explain where the missing data is.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE

THEY ARE TERRIBLE. My phone got only half unlocked and there is nothing I can do with these people to fix this. Lied to so many times. I have to staff over every time I call. 3 weeks my phone is still locked. Oh and I paid cash for this phone should never have been locked in the first place.

If they can't resolve your issue

If they can't resolve your issue, they will stop responding. Then they will say that you stopped responding and connect you to another rep and you have to start all over. I have experienced this 5 times in the last 2 weeks and my issue is still not been resolved. Worst customer service ever!

Poor service and bad customer service

Had trouble right off the bat. Phone could not find a service provider for my Bluetooth devices when I drove one half mile from my phone. Customer "service" is out of India, slow, hard to understand, and did I mention slow...I talked to three individuals in two days, 30 mins. each conversation, and got nothing.

Worst customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to get rid of my service, but I can’t even get through to anyone do do so. All day was on hold forever, then get hung up on. Was on hold for 42 minutes, hung up on. I’ve never seen such poor service. Would never recommend it to anyone

Another Terrible Tracfone Experience

Many reputable coupon sites provide tracfone approved promo codes for the current month and fit tracfone criteria for use, yet they are rejected. One current promo code is even on tracfone's official site and is still rejected. Others are only applied AFTER the purchase of air time is complete. These are slickly worded giving some the impression they would apply to the current order, while in fact they are for a future order and for something entirely different than what was just ordered which is such a sly tactic that it is on the level of abuse! The wait time to engage a real person is such that it is a stretch to call it "customer service". No wonder over 92% of reviews are negative on this site alone!

I have had enough

I have been a Tracfone user for more than 15 years, and when everything works, it's a great service. But if you have to call them... WOW! You may just want the throw your phone away. My last 3 experiences have been the most frustrating and time-consuming. And the issue hasn't been resolved. Hours on the phone, being lied to and hear agents repeat the same thing over and over. Being transferred over and over. I have had enough!

Terrible

Terrible. Been with them for years and it feels like torture. Right now, I'm on hold for the third time today because the first time the rep did not know how to activate my phone. The second time, my cell service they provide just stopped working (like it frequently does). Hold times are usually 20-30 min.

on hold with customer service for over…

on hold with customer service for over 2 hours and still waiting. Yesterday, I was on hold for almost 3 hours and got nowhere. The on-line chat is almost as bad. That was only 2 1/2 hours this morning and got nothng so I logged out and used my phone to call.

Been with tracfone years

Been with tracfone years. Bought A25 last oct 2024.
Started missing calls immediately and called several times. One guy cuople months ago in tech service deleted something in the phone and could even call anybody. Finbaaly got thru with neighbors phone. It took 2 hours for support to get my new phone working again. About week later missing calls again did not even show in the phone. Kept missing calls and kept calling over and over and over. Finally last week called because missed 4 calls from 2 houses away down really the street really close. Told the guy phone is messed up went thru all that again for the about 12 th time. Told him been missing calls since I bought this phone. Been using tracfone for years and no problem untill I bought this phone. told him am canceling and getting new phone elsewhere unless get new phone. He ignored me and kept trying to fix it. Let him know this is it and he said ok and I went somewhere else. Canceled service finally

They still have not fixed my issue with…

They still have not fixed my issue with my GB working correctly. If i go out of town 50 miles away it works just fine but it will not work right in my area. It works just fine real early in the morning and then a few hours later it starts messing up again. They keep telling me to take my sim card out but the phone i have is sealed and you can not take it out. Why is this stil always a problem.

It is cheap but gives you really bad customer experience

I've been a customer for 7 years. I stay because of the price, obviously. While the service is fine with the Verizon network, just pray you never need to contact customer service. I truly believe they are trained to be incompetent to discourage you from contacting them.

PUT THIS PHONE SERVICE OUT OF BUSINESS

I must admit that I have been a customer of this company for over 3 years. MY MISTAKE. Recently, whoever is running these phone companies, we never know, they are all busy renaming themselves to get our services. This pathetically ran company, including its customer service, underwent some kind of system changes. The ridiculous recording of that changes is still playing on there customer service line, it ended over a month ago.
I recently went to bed with 6.73 gigs of data on my phone and have ALL text messages to prove this. I work up and check my data and was at zero and no service. After several attempts with a worthless customer service representatives and an actual complaint with the BBB, this absolutely corrupt company says I used almost 7 gigs of data while I was sleeping. I have NEVER used a gig of data in 24 hours, let alone almost 7 gigs in less than 8 hours!! Never buy from this company or with this company. They offered a service through a sister company, STRAIGHT TALK, not a chance I am going with them EITHER!! I WILL END MY SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!! I strongly suggest those who read this review or have this service, it will only be a matter of time before they do you WRONG!!! Thanks for reading.
