Dodged a bullet here. Was checking tracking on parcel from China and this Trackerly thing popped up. Looked legit and claimed to give me "live tracking" on my parcel for £1. It actually looked to me like I was required to pay this. Was seconds away from authorising payment and glad I paused for thought after these horror stories of getting duped into monthly subscriptions. Who the hell needs to subscribe for "monthly tracking service" to track a single parcel. So glad I didnt pay the £1 but im still livid that this company can hijack a legit tracking page and dupe innocent people into an EXTORTIONATELY priced ongoing tracking (almost £1 EVERY day ... really???) subscription that 100% of people a) dont require and b) dont even know theyve signed up for until weird payments come off their bank accounts. Nothing told me that when I innocently authorised £1 to track a single parcel, that the £1 payment was, in fact, a 48 hour "special" offer and i'd be charged £25 a month thereafter. Yet another sinister, underhand company exploiting innocent people .... deserve everything they get!!

It’s now 2 months they have taken £24.90 from my account even though I have cancelled
Like many people I only wanted to track 1 parcel unknowingly and not signing anything the sneakerly add you to a monthly subscription and even when you try to cancel they don’t
ITS NOT WORTH IT

Scam company beware
Keep bombarding me with emails.. Every time you try and email them.. Bounced back

As the comments previously posted, I have experienced the same. In frustration that I had not received Christmas gifts I gave my account details and paid £1, Trackerly then almost immediately withdrew £24.99. I'm still waiting for the Christmas gifts 😔

Don’t use this app. Takes a few weekly for doing nothing

Absolute crooks!!!! I took my subscription off straight away after they took pounds within 5mins. And they stole 24pounds out my bank that's only ment to come out after 48hours. Do not deal with this company

On trying to track a package from Lomason I agreed to pay £1 unaware of a commitment to pay £24.99 a month from my credit card for no service whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to cancel within 48 hours. These people are definitely crooks!

I ordered a product online and paid via PayPal. After 3 weeks the order flagged up on PayPal as requiring attention and suggested I contact JS Express. I googled JS Express and Trackerly came up in the search results. I entered my tracking number and it asked for my email address. This was a red flag but I continued and entered my email. An animation then ran as if it was trying to locate my parcel then suddenly a credit card screen popped up. They hadn’t even shown any sign that they had tracked my parcel and were already requesting payment. I immediately smelt a rat and closed down the web browser. Having since read all of their 1 star reviews, I was right to be suspicious. The moral here is Never enter your card details or personal details if something doesn’t quite seem right. Since giving them my email address they have inundated me with emails trying to persuade me to continue to give them my payment information. These idiots must think I was born yesterday..!

I was immediately suspicious when I clicked on a "track my parcel" type of link, re a Christmas gift I was waiting for, and it wanted me to seemingly give card details and pay £1 to see where my parcel was.
I opted not to take up that offer.
Later I received a follow up email, which you actually didn't have to read too closely before noting that the £1 was the discounted "trial" and thereafter it was £24.99 a month.
I can see now how if, perhaps in a moment of frustration, I had taken the £1 option I'd likely have opened a whole can of worms.

It is a total scam, DO NOT USE.
I bought something online from Bright (light up / glow in the dark footballs)
I waited a few weeks nothing came so I went on line , same as all the others paid £1 to track the order, was the same information as I already had from the company email.
I cancelled my card the minute I realised, also rang them, and was told as long as I candled my subscription no money would be taken, they could not tell me who the courier was so I still can't seem to track my item,
I disputed the payment with my bank and got a refund

Scam company , once you pay £1 to track a package they charge you £24,90 per month , and when you call them they say can’t refund you , I will report this scams

FRAUD. Do not use this company. They are a fake and then take an ongoing subscription. Be wary.

I was one of the people that clicked on unfortunately and they took £24.90 from me in November

Thank goodness I came on here to check about the company so glad I didn’t click on the button for getting delivery updates, I wouldn’t want to be charged £24.99 for a subscription

Reply from Trackerly
I have (like all the others) been conned out of £24.95 for nothing. I clicked the link on the order instead of the button at the bottom of the order update. Trying to work out how to get money back😱

I bought something recently and was directed to this scam of a company to pay £1 to track my parcel. I didn’t get an update and then 2 days later I was contacted by my bank questioning the £24.95 trackerly took from my account. I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription as it doesn’t tell you that! Thankfully I open a new page each time and found the history and cancelled my unauthorised subscription!! Total scam don’t use them

I’m placing one star because I have no choice otherwise I would place 0 stars, Trackerly tried to con me out of another £24.99 (absolute scum of a company) and in the first place charged me £1 to try to obtain photo proof of a YunExpress delivery which they know they never delivered and they still took my money!!
