Do not use this company. I am awaiting a small box to fit my daughter's car. The box was ordered through Marmalade insurance. It is now 8 days since it was apparently sent but still no sign. I am told now it could be up to another 2-3 days for it to arrive (if it does). This sort of time in the 21st century for a simple envelope-size package to arrive is a disgrace.

I have attempted to track my parcel which appears to have vanished. I have got the exact same message each day that I have attempted to track it. Useless company!
