I attended Tracks Suzuki Exeter for my vehicles annual service. I have a plan with Tracks which takes away all the worry about finding the money to cover the costs of a Service.
As usual, the staff were friendly and efficient and full report available before I left.

Suzuki SX4 Broken mirror repair.
Previously damaged drivers side mirror and electric motor fell out after pothole jolt on Suzuki SX4. Taped it up with black tape. Took it into Suzuki Tracks Exeter for quote on Fri 14/11/25. Connections to mirror housing on motor broken. Ordered new unit. Phone call on Mon 17/11/25 AM. Parts in. Fitted me in for repair that afternoon from 3:00-3:30 PM. Car returned to me repaired and cleaned inside and out! Where else do you get service like that nowadays?

Fantastic service
My wife and I heard great things about Tracks. We were served by Will(William). He was absolutely brilliant. We’ve had our Suzuki Vitara for over 4 months now. The service provided and the quality of their cars is absolutely top notch. I’d recommend Tracks to anyone.

Super easy recall experience
I received a letter asking me to book in my Ignis for a recall. My closest location was Tracks Suzuki Exeter. The process could not have been easier. I emailed and received an immediate reply. I could choose the date and time. Upon arrival there was ample parking, the representative came to see me immediately, and agreed a timeframe (the same as I’d been previously advised). My car was ready when I returned, parked so that I could easily get my baby back in his car seat and they had cleaned my car inside and out which was a wonderful surprise. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and I was never kept waiting. Wonderful experience.

Absolutely excellent as always
Absolutely excellent as always. I’ve been driving since 1985 and this is the best garage I’ve ever dealt with. I had an Sj410 from Iver Heath in the late 80’s and various manufacturers since but came back to Suzuki last year. Absolutely blown away by the vehicles, the staff friendliness and workshops knowledge, they can’t do enough to assist.
