I bought a pool cleaner (untested). It came in an opened box and when I took it out it was clearly well used with scratches all over it and rubber hanging of the sweeper at the bottom. Was hoping it would still work but sadly not. It would not charge. It has the hook with it but no instructions.

As I had clearly been sold a well used return and it was going to have to be binned anyway, I decided to take a closer look. The insides were completely fried and the smell was bad.
The smell from the burnt circuit board and the black dust was shocking but also the bits of debris from the pool cleaning before it clearly broke.
I am just disgusted that items like this that are clearly broken and very used can be sold on. All covered by it being “untested”. No returns allowed. I drove some way to pick this up to, taking valuable time out of my day.

If I worked at this place I would be horrified to be made to hand this over to a paying customer.

Lesson learned - don’t buy untested returns. The new buyer ends up out of pocket with unusable items to dispose of because it cannot be returned.

This company wants to charge £73 to send a roll of chicken wire to Scotland???

Fake company. Linked to a company called sleep pose Ltd. had to get money back through PayPal.

Do not purchase anything from this so called Company. They are operating by fraud. Everything looks legit on the website and I trusted it when I saw I could pay by PayPal. A firm delivery of 3-5 days was quoted by the prompt order response but after two weeks of waiting allowing for lockdown delivery delays I tried contacting them via phone and email without response. I began to smell a rat so put it into a PayPal dispute and after 4 weeks got my money back. I guess others using different payment methods will not been so lucky and these people just have more and more money coming in. I have reported them to Yorkshire Trading Standards who will hopefully shut them down.

Order still showing as pending a month later. No response to emails or Facebook messenger. Order still shows as pending. PayPal payment went to a company called ‘sleep pose’ which was the first thing that worried me. Have now opened a dispute on PayPal. Wish I had looked on here first.

SCAMMERS! They accept payment, ignore DMs, their ''phone line disconnects! Their Batley address is a tiny lockup!

I’ve managed to get PayPal to refund me but it took a while.

I ordered some Vitax grow pots on the 10 April 2020 and not received / had a reply from message and emails as of today 27 May 2020 . This is a scam company don't purchase owt from them !!!!!!!!

Do NOT order from this company it is a scam, you place an order, they send a confirmation email and that is the last you here from them. Fortunately I realised soon enough to inform the bank and stop them taking any payment! They do not reply to any emails or via their Facebook messenger and they never answer the phone!

First of they don't work. The payment platform shows a different name which is a major red flag!
eventually had to make use of a firm that helped me cover back my money which is coincharge back dot come. which was a relieve but trust me you dont want to go through the headache and if you are neck deep then use the guys i talked about.

These guys will take your money and refuse to pick up your calls. Stay safe stay away.

Same as all the reviews below. Clearly scammers who should be stopped. My order was paid for but has never arrived. Have raised an issue through Paypal who are still awaiting a response .

This company is a scam, they have now changed their company name to SLEEP-POSE. Do not use them. I have an ongoing complaint with them via PayPal (who are also scammers) and Barclaycard. Company House are in the process of closing them down and The Trade & Standards are also onto them. I lost £88 on one of their scams for Dulux emulsion paint. DO NOT USE THEM. Also, look at Trade Direct Outlet's facebook page they have 100% BAD feedback!

Whoever runs this company is a complete and utter joker and massive fraud.
Made 2 seperate orders with this company for paint...got the confirmation email but then heard nothing at all.immediately smelt a rat after my payment went to 'sleep-pose' company and have taken up with paypal.
people like this are absolute scumbags with no morals.
Do not waste your time and money on this fraudulent robbing company.shambles!

We placed an order for a Lay-Z-Spa as this was the only U.K. company that showed they had them stock, and delivery time of been 2-3 days we received a confirmation email of the sale. But After no delivery and not hearing anything in a week we tried to contact the company and had no response, I have since seen other customers have had the same problems.It’s been 4 weeks now of constantly trying to ring and email with still no response. I know we are in uncertain times but Tradedirectoutlet took my money and have not refunded me when they knew they could not get stock. I did pay by PayPal and have reported this case and also reported them to the Action Fraud. Do not deal with this fake company!
