They took the time to give me a call
They took the time to call me as my delivery details didnt come through. As it was a bank holiday weekend it was important to me that the delivery was processed and despatched on the Friday. I placed the order at 16:00 and they called me within % mins to get the 16:30 pick up !!!

Company delivered in good time, but the hose I purchased was an absolute nightmare, it kinks & twists like you’ve never seen before. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made, totally regret spending nearly £100 on such rubbish. Supposed to be a fire hose… what good is it when it’s twisted & kinked in a dozen places.
