Smoke and Fire alarms
I found the process very straightforward. The items weren't available and when they came in I received a phone call which for me was excellent. The alarms are easy to fit and and do not look obtrusive.

Cosmetically damaged, fully functioning
Cosmetically, the paint is badly damaged: it has been touched whilst semi dried, which whilst dissapointing will of course not effect the performance.
