It's clear that I fell for the scam, after sending the Xbox Series X on a Tuesday, by the Saturday the order had dissapered from the account and of course there was no contact.

I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them. I sold my iPad Pro with Magic Keypad to them, I stated the iPad was in good condition and the keyboard in poor condition. Over a week after sending the item I hadn't received payment so I chased them.Turns out the company is actually a number of companies trading as Tech Market, Sell Tech, Fone Store to name but a few. I contacted the guy and he told the the case was in poor condition so he could't give me any money for it and then told me he could only offer me £200 for the iPad and sent some pictures showing the most microscopic of marks and still would have easily met the criteria for the original price. I said I wanted my equipment returned so they sent a link for me to pay for postage. Update I now have it back but there is a label on it that they have put on so they clearly try to offer you less and had already labelled the product expecting me to capitulate. The owner also asked me to contact him so I did and he said that he was going to put negative reviews about my company on Trustpilot, take from that what you will about this person.ate - says Fake Review, this is a fully verified review and approved by Trustpilot when he tried to say it was unlawful!! He also used my name, address and birthdate to find out where I worked and posted a spite revenge review on my company website - what a guy! Make your own mind up if you want to deal with this person but I would urge you to look at the load of 1 star reviews and the warning signs they flag
