A few training issues.

I originally gave 1 star - I was encouraged to order over the phone, but the guy I spoke to didn't seem to know what he was doing; I said I'd do the soldering myself but asked if they could send me a bit of heatshrink, but was told no they didn't sell it separately. When my order was delivered it was completely wrong - wrong colour tape, wrong IP rating, cut into metre lengths and stuck into extrusion which I hadn't asked for, which they put down as 'a strange miscommunication' and instead of being able to take it back to the post office they made me waste a day waiting in to come and collect their mistake because they said Parecelforce needed a signature (they didn't).

Within a couple of hours of posting my review I received a call from Chris, the MD of the company, who offered an apology and a comprehensive explanation of what had gone wrong - the guy who had taken the order had only been there for 5 days, and as the mistake was on their part I should have been able to return the order at my convenience.
As I hadn't yet decided on an alternative supplier he offered to send the order free of charge, with delivery before midday.
The order arrived largely as expected. I appreciate sometimes companies get it wrong, but it's good that they recognise this.
