Staff were very helpful in providing advice and samples as we had lots of questions before we bought. Cannot comment on the radiator yet as we are awaiting the fitter.
The main gripe is delivery. If it is unreasonable to expect a single driver to manoeuvre a heavy radiator (which we totally agree with), surely it is also unreasonable to expect 2 pensioners to do the same. We would have been happy to pay extra to have it brought into the hall but this was not an option.

Great products, great service
Great products, a really good website and wonderful customer service from start to finish. The team has fielded a lot of questions from us and provided great support. We were kept very well informed during the delivery process, and, when we found that our longest rad could not be brought in via a first-floor window as planned, quickly posted out the right tool to separate the radiator into shorter sections that could be carried safely up the narrow winding staircase. More British companies like this one, please!

We contacted you on the same day your order was placed to advise that, unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the USA due to courier and logistics limitations.
At checkout, a UK delivery option was selected, as shipping to the USA is not currently available on our system, which is why we reached out promptly to clarify this.
Regarding your refund, this has now been processed. As we were waiting for confirmation on how you would like to proceed, there was a delay, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Fabulous radiators and great customer support
Fabulous radiators and great customer support. They really helped me with colours and finishes, and were particularly thoughtful about how to convert one of my two radiators to electric when it too short for their own electrical adapter. I found an alternative and they called the company to ensure everything would fit together. Really pleased and will use them again.

Fantastic experience from initial…
Fantastic experience from initial enquiries to taking delivery of our Victorian 3 column 745mm Cast Radiator with the satin nickle Radiator valves and wall stays. Painted in Graphite grey was good match for existing furniture. Tried the radiator on for 1hr after installation was complete and was amazed at how long the radiator stayed very warm after CH was switched off. Very competitive pricing compared to some other companies. Radiator looks that good in our living room one for the Hallway entrance on the horizon. Thanks to Trads for excellent service and top quality products.

Quality radiators
The ordering process was very easy. The colour choice is amazing. They keep you well informed with regards to shipment and delivery. They are expensive, but they are great radiators. This is the second one we’ve bought from this company. It won’t be the last, we’re going room to room and replacing all of our radiators. They really are very high quality. They sent the wrong sized connectors but after contacting them, they sent the correct ones the very same day and we received them the day after. Great after sales service. Overall really pleased with the service we have received.
